Eric is a SUPERHOST!.. Despite appliance gremlins he went above and beyond to rectify the situation. The house is beautiful, the location great, and overall cannot ask for a better vacation.

House was the nicest house

Wonderful and beautiful house in a great location. The house is extremely nice, plus the heated pool and spa made my stay in Naples even better. The property manager was very responsive when I had an issue. Absolutely recommend!

Everything was perfect.

House was great, plenty of room, in a nice area and the kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Overall a really great time. Host was very responsive!

Great pool and a comfortable home. Nice to have bikes to ride. Kitchen furnishings leave a bit to be desired. Also, the listing shows that a garage was available, but it is not. So if you have a nice car, know it will sit out in the hot Florida sun!

Beautiful home in great location of Naples Park. Outdoor pool, spa, and sitting areas were plenty big enough and would be perfect for entering. House is stocked with anything you may need during your stay. Great communication with the host. Very prompt with responses. Would highly recommend this house.

Highly recommended, my family and I had a fantastic time, the house and the pool were spectacular and the communication with Eric was super attentive. 100% recommended. Just one recommendation: more lighting is needed in the pool area.

The house was great! Very clean and great set up. The pool area was beautiful and our family made use out of it everyday! The beaches are close and not crowded. Many shopping areas and restaurants to choose from within a few miles. Good location!

Host was amazing and answered all my questions. I spoke to what host prior to booking for special arrangement for an event and the host was okay with everything I shared. The home is exactly as listed if not more gorgeous in person. I was able to have family over with me during the day near the beach. I have it down as a must return.

This house is beautiful and well appointed. The pool is incredible along with the outdoor amenities. The host is extremely accommodating and responsive. We have already booked for next time!

This home is nicely appointed and very nicely laid-out for entertaining. Three private bedrooms with a large kitchen, island, dining, and living area. The patio is very large with multiple seating areas. The salt water pool and spa are great.

This property, in some ways, is exactly as advertised. Great and walkable location to the beach. Beautifully redone. The challenge I had was the following (which I shared with the owner); 1. No bathroom amenities- including bars of soap, shampoo etc2. ice machine didn’t work 3. Tires in the bikes need to be pumped and we didn’t see a pump. 4. The Spa wasn't working. The owner is saying that the last guest turned off. Not sure There was a large crack in the front door glass when we checked in. I had to reach out, to tell the owner, as I didn't want to be responsible for that. His response was less than welcoming, which was disappointing to say the least.

An updated, well kept, well stocked, beautifully decorated modern ranch with a spacious backyard with a salt-water heated pool and a built-in hot tub had all a family may desire for a great vacation by the beach. Communication with our host was seamless and Erik even went out of his way to bring us a bike lock. Highly recommended.
