Brookings Home w/ Deck, 1/2 Mi to Harris Beach!

Could not turn off fan for ac/heat and didn't understand hiw to work all tv remites...confusing. otherwise property was comfortable and neat. Master bath sink leaks and mirror is cracked. But we had a fantastic time there!

Cleaner then last time time we stayed.

Experience was good. The heating system does need to fe fixed. Otherwise, an excellent stay.

Was a very comfortable place to stay. Had issues with lockbox while standing in the pouring rain! We had a great stay.

The kitchen had everything we needed, including a crockpot. I found that super helpful! I was able to message the host ahead of time to see if they had a crockpot and she told me she would order one if they didn't (but they did, and it worked great!) It was very close to Lone Ranch Beach, which is our favorite for tidepools and sand fun. The house had everything we needed and was wonderful to come home to every night after our adventures. The bed in the master bedroom was pretty firm but I recognize that could just be a preference issue.

It was a great home base for our family vacation. Easy check-in and out. We could walk to the beach from the house, which we loved. Definitely an ideal place for exploring southern Oregon and Northern California.

We left two days early. The online desciption claimed it had RV parking. In fact that is not true. It took 20 minutes of tight maneuvering to park our boat. The driveway is on a blind corner and tge shrubbery blocks your view of the road. Dangerous. The exterior is very poorly maintained - the fence gate has rotted off hinges and it fell over. There are very sharp screws protruding on the gate. The barbeques is rusted out and won’t light. The wifi didn’t work. I really cannot say anything positive. Our 1600 was wasted.

Very family friendly home. Comfy. Quiet. Beds were great. Nicely updated. Well stocked. Would recommend to those looking for budget friendly and clean!

I think it's it was great comfortable place to stay. And really close to a couple beaches. Not a lot of stuff for two teens but overall the experience was wonderful

We had a wonderful stay here for Christmas. The house is beautiful, the property is huge and we cooked yummy Christmas meals. Will definitely stay here again.

Nothing super fancy but great for 3 old guys on a fishing trip. Lots of room, 3 separate bedrooms, nice kitchen, large TV’s, very comfortable. Left early because of poor fishing and rainy weather. Will definitely use again!?

Great house for a family getaway. Definitely appreciated how well supplied the kitchen was! Beds and pillows were comfortable and lots of extra bedding available, which was great!

My family and I had a wonderful weekend at this house. My daughter and son in law loved the master bedroom with its sliding door out to the backyard, and my granddaughter loved that we could walk to the beach. We had a great time.

Great amenities and close to Harris Beach and downtown Brookings!

The property was just as advertised and was very clean. This was our first time staying at a VRBO and everything went smoothly! We would definitely stay there again!

The house was very well stocked with cooking equipment, extra blankets, and even a few games. We enjoyed the quiet location close to town and the beach. I loved being able to bring my dogs too. The backyard fence wasn't very secure, which was fine for us, but might be an issue for other pet owners.

Good location close to Harris Beach. House is fair, double wide with addition built on. The lighting could be better but it’s okay if you don’t plan on staying indoors much. If planning to cook meals take some pans. The pans available are oldest and food sticks to the surfaces. Good location.
