The house was clean, cozy and comfortable.

Highly recommend! Clean, comfortable, cozy, and located close to everything in Broken Arrow, Tulsa, Jenks, and Bixby. The hosts were very communicative and kind. We were there from out of state to visit family, and we will be staying there again!

The area was good. The check-in very easy.The house is large and equipped with enough furniture and beds as listed. The wifi was very good!The backyard was large.What was not so great:1. Some of the kitchen items were in poor shape - the frying pans even with cooking spray had everything sticking terribly for example.2. The bathroom in the primary - mold in the tub, 3. The grill - which we had hoped to use - was SOOOO dirty - I mean bad - besides spider webs out of control, the grates, and such were filthy with caked on foods.4. We did not get access to the garage - which would've been helpful as it was rainy. 5. I used the washer and dryer on the last night. The dryer makes VERY loud noises - I was afraid it was going to blow up with our clothes in it, so stopped it after 20 minutes and attempted to have the clothes dry by air in our last 8 hours in the house.We also had a surprise visit from a pest control person on our first morning - without warning. And what was surprising were the bugs we encountered 2 days later - a HUGE spider in the primary bathroom, smaller bugs in both bathrooms, and some in the kitchen.It's crazy though - would we stay here again? Yes! With advance confirmation these things were addressed.

Overall great place in a quite neighborhood. We plan to stay again.

Amazing property with all of the amenities you could possibly ask for. We were here to watch my grandson play golf for 3 days in a collegiate tournament. The house was cozy as described and the host was amazing. We were close to tasty restaurants and close to the golf course. I would definitely recommend this property and will stay here again if we are back in town again.

This was my first time using this service and the location was perfect. I was able to get everywhere I needed to be. The rooms were very clean and well decorated easy access and the communication was wonderful. I would highly recommend this property to anybody visiting the area.

The house was perfectly located for local activities. The house was very clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen also had everthing you could need. The Primary suite bed was extremely comfortable and made me look forward to sleep each night. The hosts were great with communication and needs before and during our stay. A nice place to stay for our next visit to BA and T-town.

I think this was the best Vrbo home we've stayed in. It was a newer home and reasonably priced. It was in a neighborhood so I felt safe. The parking was the only downside, but we made it work. Of course we had 4 cars at one point! Great hosts who responded quickly to my questions. Would highly recommend!

We stayed one night for a graduation at OSU. Very clean!

Austin was so easy to reach and had everything sat up for us before we got there.Someone had taken the remote to the main TV and he took time to drive us over a spare remote.Thank you Austin and Summer!
