Comfortable, and clean channel front home in a great location. Great restaurants on island.

Lovely house, clean. Quiet neighborhood. Two things to say: - The bunk bed room is very hot. The A/C isn’t good enough there. The rest of the house feels cold. - if you take a boat, you have to use the lift. There is NO space to tie your boat to the dock. Also, when I booked the house I asked about the boat ramp nearby and it was closed for months. Nobody said anything. The manager of the property is very helpful and nice.

When we arrived the home was spotless. It’s beautifully decorated, kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes and everything in perfect condition and order. Pool area is lovely! Our family of four enjoyed are vacation in this well kept cozy rental.

Really enjoyed everything about this home -located on a canal not too far from ocean access and in close proximity to restaurants, shops and other activities. House was amazingly clean and very comfortable inside and out. House had everything and more than you need supplies wise.We did have a few issues with the AC and a toilet leak (which is the only reason why I would rate 4 stars), but the property manager was prompt to respond and had repair techs on site very quickly. Evelim was great to work with and stopped by to make sure all was going ok with the repairs. Would for sure stay here again!

My husband, myself and our 3 children ages 4,7 & 9 had the most wonderful stay here. We typically stay more north in Naples and it was such a treat to be on Isles of Capri & so close to Marco Island this year. we walked to Gypsy for drinks at sunset one night, beached everyday trying a new beach everyday and came home and the sunsets by the pool are spectacular. The house has everything you should need (and I do mean everything) and the beds are so comfortable. It really did far exceed our expectations and we can’t wait to come back. 10/10

My husband and I and our two friends spent 4 nights in Capri. This home is so much better than the pictures! It’s just lovely. They’ve provided your every need and the beds are so comfortable. The Bluetooth speaker was greatly appreciated and the pool was wonderful; warm but not too warm and very clean.The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful but close to restaurants. There are 4 restaurants about a half mile away. This home has 4 bikes and we rode the bikes to a different restaurant each day. Just don’t be gone on your bikes past sunset. It’s VERY dark going home.If I had any complaint at all it would be the bedroom with the bunk. While the bottom bunk is queen size, it’s difficult to have two adults sleep on that bed because it’s against the wall so you have to crawl over the person sleeping next to you. We couldn’t get the trundle pulled out and were afraid to force it. But we made do; one adult slept on the couch. Kids will love the bunk!All in all an absolutely fantastic time!

What a gem this place is! We’ve stayed on the Isle of Capri once before and it does not disappoint! This property was everything we could have hoped for and more. Great location, beautiful home and property. So clean and well maintained there isn’t one thing missing. The property manager, Evelim was incredible and always ready to answer any questions. If you’re looking to stay on the IOC, look no further than this gorgeous.spot! We cannot wait to come back. Thank you for everything!!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks in March 2025. We loved this house. Very clean. Lots of amenities. The salt water pool was the perfect temperature. The neighborhood is quiet (which we enjoyed) but there are 4 different restaurants right down the street and many more right over the bridge to Marco if you feel the need to get out for a bit.

This place was wonderful!! Great location and things to do. We like to walk and this a perfect location. Rode bikes and convienient to a location for launching our kayaks.

Our young family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The pool was perfect to play in with the kids. The home is well equipped with nice bedding, towels, and linens. It sits in a quiet neighborhood with some good eating options nearby. You can watch the sunsets in the evening and make dinner in the well equipped kitchen. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful property on the Isle of Capri. The property had everything we wanted--privacy and space, but still very close to excellent restaurants. We also enjoyed a sunset cruise with Cool Beans that was very close. But still an easy drive into Marco Island to enjoy the beaches. The house is very nice with cozy linens and towels, and a nicely stocked kitchen. The property manager was really nice to work with, and communication was good.

We typically stay on Marco Island - this was our first stay on the Isle of Capri. The house is in a great location and everything on the listing was completely accurate. The bed and furniture was very comfortable. The house is fully stocked so you could definitely cook if you wanted to but we never did. The property manager was VERY responsive so no issues there. There are some nice restaurants very close by and Marco is less than a 10 min drive. Quiet neighborhood and there was nothing that we were lacking. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Home is nicely appointed, very comfortable and great location. We enjoyed all the amenities. A quiet walking community was a plus, and is close to restaurants on IOC, Marco, Naples.We are already talking about another stay at this home next year!

Talk about a smooth experience! From the moment we arrived until we checked out, we weren’t in need of a thing. I have been renting on Marco Island/Isle of Capri for 44 years and this was definitely one of our smoothest experiences. Access to rental was easy. Home was just as described. Street was quiet. We didn’t have an inquiry the entire 2 1/2 weeks. We would definitely return!

My kids and I had the BEST vacation! We loved everything about the house, it matched the description perfectly. It had everything we needed for our stay; beach towels, beach chairs, hygiene items, shampoo/conditioner, comfortable sheets, blankets and pillows….all the accommodations that I would have for my own vacation home. And the property management team was wonderful and communicated promptly, were super nice and made sure I was taken care of ? Thank you to both the home owner and property management team in making this a perfect family vacation ☀️?️?
