Bring the Whole Family to the Beach in Naples

The property manager met us on time at the location. The place was spotless. Everything worked as described. The audio/visual setup was fantastic to say the least. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub each day. When we went to the beach we used the provide chairs and cart which were a big help. Wifi worked as described. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Checkout was simple.

Overall the house was very nice inside. However, we were only told 4 days ahead that the street was having construction on the drainage system. This was an understatement! Navigating the ditches and large construction equipment was a nightmare and dangerous. The WiFi did not work and the 83 inch TV with surround sound did not work until Xfinity arrived to fix the problem on our 11th day at the house. The surround sound never did work even after this. Finally, if you rent this house verify the street work is completed and the WiFi issues resolved.

The house had a great open floor plan. There was plenty of room for our daughter and her family. Our two grandchildren loved the pool. We were close to shops and restaurants. The down side was that road or sidewalk construction was going on and it was a mess, but inside the house was quiet.

Our family enjoyed the house very much - clean and well maintained, and detailed instructions for everything (TVs, pool, etc).

We stayed in the house for 3 weeks. It's spacious and well maintained. The location is convenient as Naples Park is so close to US 41 and all the shops, including Mercato. Distance to the beach is a 40 minute walk, but if you prefer to drive there is a public parking by the beach entrance that is convenient. Biking to the beach is easy. The house would benefit from someone organizing the kitchen a little better. Also we didn't find most of the typical house supplies available for the length of the stay. No detergents other than an almost empty bottle, no cleaning sponges, no overall cleaning supplies, no garbage bags, etc. I understand that we had a longer than typical stay, but these things shouldn't be in our list for the first visit to the supermarket. Management company was very helpful and responsive.

Parents and cousins enjoyed their stay. Pool was great and communication with Property manager fast and helpful.

The home is clean, spacious and comfortable. Every detail has been accounted for. We truly were able to relax and enjoy the pool and beach.

Our stay was amazing and the place blew away expectations! We will be back!

House couldn’t be more perfectly suited for a stay in Florida. Every time we needed something, the house somehow delivered. Impeccably clean, from the backyard and pool to each of the 4 bathrooms. Kitchen and living room were spacious and exceedingly comfortable. Hope to return!
