There was a big tree in the front yard that constantly shed it's leaves. The driveway and sidewalk was always had leaves and debris. It required some maintenance.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was good for access to grocery shopping at Publix. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and the use of the golf cart was very good to get around. The management staff was very polite, courteous and responsive and always answered the phone. The carpets in the home were very dirty with either cat or dog urine and poop stains in the master bedroom. I was told the owners were going to replace them, too bad it wasn't before we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils, pots and pans and appliances worked well.
