Stayed Jul 30, 2024We have just returned from a fabulous family holiday at this property. The owners Annick and George gave us a tremendous introduction to their lovely house, as well as providing great ideas for the trips and visits around the locality. The house is wonderfully presented, with all the facilities you would want for a family, and all in excellent condition. We made good use of the garden and terrace, and the property is very secure for our young children as well. The walk into town through the woods takes no time at all, and we really loved the old walled town in Concarneau and enjoyed the many markets that were on during our stay. We took advantage of the smaller but quieter beaches just ten minutes drive south. Our favourite was the artistic village of Pont Aven. We only got to try a handful of the great restaurants in the area, really loved it and have told Annick and George we'd love to return to enjoy their property and explore more of the local area. Our thanks to them both.

Stayed Jun 11, 2023Great location, really friendly reception, and the perfect place for our short holiday. Comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. We didn't have enough time to visit everything we wanted to do locally, and shall be pleased to return if we can.

Stayed Jun 7, 2022A top class accommodation, spotlessly clean and spacious with everything provided for a perfect stay. Very handy garage for storage and a nice garden for relaxation if required. Location is as advertised, a quiet residential area about a 20 minute walk from the town centre. Annick and Georges are lovely hosts and made us feel extremely welcome. Would not hesitate to stay here again if returning to Concarneau.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We spent two weeks here in September 2019. The house is very quiet and away from the road. Looking out the back window was a beautiful tall forest and a spacious garden. The house is very well maintained and the style is modern and stylish, Heating is available in all rooms and we were never cold. We lacked for nothing. The coffee maker is very modern and everything you might need is here. The owners were very pleasant and helpful (thank you!). The house is quite close to the Ville Close, about a 15 minute walk and parking at the Ville Close was easy. We were able to visit Morlaix, Lorient, Quimper, Gourin and Nevez from the house , it makes a very good base from which to explore. Security in the house is very good as there are shutters, plus a gate shuts and closes as you enter/leave, using a remote control button. All in all a wonderful stay!
