Bright Home with Deck, Patio, High-Speed WiFi, W/D, & Central AC - Near Beach

I would definitely recommend this house to anyone. It was phenomenally clean and such a short walk to the beach. It was perfect for accommodations for children and they allow one dog so had some accommodations for pets as well! I will definitely be booking again.

Great house, close to the beach love having a grill

We liked everything about our stay. The location was perfect, and the house size was just right for our party of four adults, two children, and a pup. Everything was spotless, and fresh sheets, towels, and toiletries were provided. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making meals easy and convenient. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The house was in a great location and easy to get to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was just as pictured and described and we loved it!

Good family set up

Short walk to the beach…. Loved it… only issue is with checking in and communication … it’s managed by Vacasa and they don’t respond when you need answers … just AI assistants… won’t rent again bc would like direct communication with simple questions …. Like early check in? An hour early..Funny to see VRBO advertise nick saban being a tough about check in but Vacasa won’t allow it at all… sad … really like the hoise

For 6 people space worked pretty well. Pros: Living space was great. Ocean facing porch was great. A few basic items for kids at the beach Kitchen has basic items Cons: No beach chairs. Laundry Room was located outside below the home. Overall a good value for the price would stay again.

My husband and I had a great stay over a long weekend. Our daughter and a friend were supposed to join but couldn’t make it so we had more than enough room. The house was very clean and basics were included. We didn’t do a lot of cooking but the kitchen seemed well stocked. Beach access was an easy walk. We would stay here again. Thanks!

Overall, our stay in Holden onto Sunshine was good. The home is nicely furnished and decorated, and it was a quiet neighborhood close to beach access. However, there are some things potential renters may want to be aware of. The tech in the house was extremely annoying; the smart thermostat kept the house from cooling properly, the WiFi would only allow one device to connect at a time, and the code lock on the door was complicated when you tried to lock it behind you before leaving. Also, the pictures of the house are not a fully accurate reflection of what it is like. Mostly this is a good thing, as some improvements/updates have been done (like new furniture, nicer bedding, etc) but in one regard it’s misleading. The kitchen is very small (which you can’t really tell due to the angles the pictures were taken from), and the closet containing the washer and dryer is in the kitchen, opposite the sink and dishwasher. I didn’t love having to take dirty clothes into the room where food is prepared, although I recognize this may not be an issue for everyone. As previously stated, our stay was fairly pleasant and the house was cute, but these various issues did cause us some degree of aggravation during our stay.

We had four adults, two young kids, and a dog. This house accommodates us very well. We’ve stayed here for several years now, and we love it. Beach access is perfect, wonderful extended deck, large dining room table for extended family, and cozy table for smaller meals. Good grilling area downstairs, good garage space.

This was our second stay here. We stayed last year. Tropical Storm Debbie caused a HUGE amount of flooding on property. It was over a foot deep to walk up to the property! We had to carry are 7 year old! It also brought 100’s of frogs under the house! We did leave a day early and had to walk all our belongings out to the road because our truck couldn’t even go to the driveway! So, the home is fantastic, but the flooding was the worst on the block! We would be nervous to rent again. What a shame, it is a fantastic home!!!!!

Peaceful street, short walk to the beach and clean house!

The house was very nice. Great location, just a short walk to the beach. Well-stocked kitchen with utensils, spices, cutlery, etc. Very nice covered space under the house with picnic tables and a grill. We had a wonderful stay!

This home was lovely! Over the past 30 years I have stayed in many beach houses and this is my favorite! The decor was lovely! Everything seemed upgraded recently. We had an issue with the AC but it was rectified within a day. This house is well equipped with everything you need. Highly, highly recommend!
