Stayed Sep 28, 2025Clean, clean, clean. Fastidiously clean bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, family room, hallway, garage. Outdoor seating on porch.Nice coffee pod machine and a supply of pods. We met Meredith on arrival and she gave us a walk through of the property. Fresh milk and chocolate biscuits in fridge supplied by Meredith. Location to town is 5 minute walk. So do not need to cook yourself (we did not cook at all). Both supermarkets are easy walking distance. The property is opposite the rail trail path on a quiet street, so riding anywhere is simple. Kids played on the wide grassy verge next to the path. Many of the neighbouring properties are also short stay vacation homes, regardless the property was really quiet during the day and night.

Had everything available.Lock up garage great for security and weather as was raining most of our stay.Be aware no Smart TV as no wifi as per owner but made do with normal tv. Not what we were there for anyway.Recommend this accomodation.
