Peaceful location in a beautiful West Falmouth neighborhood, perfect for a relaxing beach vacation or restorative retreat in every season. New outdoor shower to enjoy in summer and early fall. A large window in the living room as well as a new deck overlook the private, wooded backyard, great for bird watching. Close to Old Silver Beach, Chapoquoit Beach, West Falmouth Market, Daily Brew, and Bourne Farm. More excellent restaurants and shopping nearby in downtown Falmouth. The Shining Sea Bikeway is accessible on foot or bike from a nearby neighborhood path, and leads to abundant walking trails through the woods, cranberry bogs, past ponds, marshes, and an ice cream shop open in the summer. About 8 miles down the bike path is the charming village and scientific community of Woods Hole. Take the ferry to visit Martha's Vineyard for the day. This is a lovely family neighborhood with a strict 15mph speed limit. Beach chairs and towels provided. You can bring your own bikes or rent from local bike shops close to the bike path.
