Everything about this stay was great. We were very fortunate with some amazing weather so the house was bathed in beautiful light, and great views all the way to the sea. It’s perfectly situated for the beaches and the available bikes meant that we cycled a lot to get around (so safe) and discovered a new part of the coastline each day. The house is well supplied with everything you’d need, big enough for everyone to have some space and lots of fun things for the family to do together, like the darts board, table football and all the outdoor things. The garden was brimming with plum trees and the owner kindly allowed me to pick whatever I wanted which meant a daily supply of fresh plums. We would highly recommend this house and have come home with some very special memories.

A lovely house with every amenity you could wish for including a games room and a volleyball pitch! Very much enjoyed the week, using the bikes provided to go on long bike rides along the coast. The beach near by was not very busy and kept the kids happy. Appreciated the welcome cake. Would highly recommend

The property is luminous, the extended back garden was a joy, and the beach and beach paths were great for walking, cycling, and running! All the bedrooms were comfortable and we were happy to have found this property that worked so well for our group of 6. Highly recommended and we considered it a very good value, as well.

Stayed easter - Great house with lots of space. 3 x doubles, 1 x twin room and a cot room. You can eat at the dining table or in the kitchen. Great garden with a volleyball net too. Right on the beach - 5 mins to town by bike - 15 mins to walk. Was charged E40 a week for heating though.

The house was everything we wanted and more for our holiday. We spent two weeks there with friends and family. The house was immaculate and well equipped. Jean Claude met us and showed us around giving us local information. He also left some delicious home made apple and chocolate pancakes and apple juice :) The garden and games room provided us with lots of entertainment - table football, volleyball and there are also swings and lots of room for little ones to run around. There is a shower in the garden which was great for coming off the beach. The beach is a very short walk away and what a gorgeous beach it is. Clear blue water, white sand and not at all busy. The property is located on the coastal path and the bicycles were well used. It is a beautiful coastline with more sandy beaches and some great rock formations for climbing. Lesconil and Le Guilvenic are a very short cycle away and have some lovely restaurants. The seafood is fantastic - there are a couple of fish shops in Le Gulivenic selling a huge range of really fresh fish. We booked at Le Poisson D'Avril which was an amazing meal. Not cheap but well worth it. An Atoll, also recommended, offers Lobster and chips with a variety of flavourings. Both need booking in advance. Everything is within cycling distance which made it a really relaxing holiday for us. We had such a fabulous time. Thank you Jean-Claude!

Everything was as expected. The house is beautiful and clean. You are maybe 100 meters away from the beach and nearby are a few nice towns you can reach easily with a bike. The street in which the house is, is nice and quiet. The beaches are wonderful. Jean Claude and his family are perfect hosts, very friendly, attentive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay from start to end. 100% recommendation

Wow! This property is a must for anyone who loves this area of Brittany. We are two couples with two twenty year old children who had visited the area previously. The house is a couple of minutes walk to the nearest sandy beach and an easy walk or cycle into Le Guilvinec or Lesconil. The house was spotlessly clean on arrival and extremely well equipped. The house owners live locally and Armelle met us and gave us a tour of the property (she had also made us some drop scones and provided two bottles of local apple juice). During our occupancy Jean-Claude came and discretely put the bins out for us. The garden was a bonus. We hadn't realised from the photoss how much space there is - a volley ball court and swings for little ones! Enough sun loungers for everyone. Two outside tables to allow you to follow the sun. We coudn't recommend more highly. Enjoy!

I stayed at the property with my parents in law, husband and two daughters (aged 5 and 7 years). We had a lovely stay. The house was clean, very well equipped and the beds were comfy. My daughters loved the garden and swings, and we enjoyed several meals outside. Jean Claude is a very helpful host and we appreciated the small touches he made to make us feel welcome. I’d definitely recommend this property if you’re looking to stay in this area. And if you’re looking for a delicious seafood meal, try le Poisson d’Avril.
