Bright and comfortable home steps from beach w/private pool, WiFi, & central AC

Let's see. We were 10 people, 7 adults, three pre-schoolers. Positives: More than 1 television in every room. Outdoor shower. AC superb. Kitchen fully stocked with every appliance, dish, glass you could need. The prettiest private pool I have ever seen, fully decked out with everything. Great outdoor furnishings and happy to see some beach furniture there too, but with 10 people you have to bring your own. I only have two negatives one of which is not the owners/companies/houses fault. I have a handicapped adult son and renting on vrbo you can't ask alot of questions and I couldn't get a sense of how handicapped accessible it was. It really wasn't, but we made it work. The one that could be helped (by someone) was that the internet worked less than half the time and we had Cox come out to visit us 5 times. Evidentally, there is a burnt out router that the management company would not let Cox

We loved pool- although guy never came back to clean it after asking us to fill it with water☹️. The 5 minute walk to beach was fun- but careful of HOT sand! The quiet relaxing time at pool was topping of the stay!’ Decks offered wholesome views! We will be back next year!!

Great house with lots of space to spread out for alone time. Beach access is across the road. Pool got a lot of use. Not too many stairs. Would definitely book again.

Property was quiet. Furniture outdated but comfy. Pool was a perfect end to the water logged kids after an ocean enjoyment!! Used to be Ocean City MD but this is cleaner, calmer, & just as beautiful! Short walk to ocean too!!

Pros: distance to the beach, nice deck, nice sized pool, rooms were a great configuration for us Cons: cleanliness was horrible and it desperately needs a deep clean, pool shocks you as you enter near steps (even IF it’s a naturally occurring phenomenon, it is still not ideal for little kids), A/C cannot adequately cool the home and multiple days was at 78 at dinner time with all shades down I can get over the dated decorating in this home as it was a great set up for our party of 10, but the longer we stayed the more dirt and dust we noticed everywhere. We had countless issues throughout our stay including the low voltage shock at the pool entrance, an issue with the fridge cooling, a power outage which was out of Vacasa’s control, and the AC not cooling to a reasonable desired temperature. We continually expressed our concerns to Vacasa and were promised returned calls which did not happen. We did ultimately speak to Vacasa Sandbridge for some resolution, although our party was ultimately not happy with it due to our multiple issues at this property. My explicit advice to Vacasa is that this property needs a very thorough, deep clean and multiple issues completely addressed and fixed before others should be able to stay here. Please beware!

Close to ocean, nice pool, plenty of room and clean house

Pool is amazing! Location is amazing! Beach was steps away and not crowded in that section! Private outdoor shower is a game changer, especially with little kids! House has everything you need. Could use some updating….furniture and carpet well used.

Love the house great location great pool is very well stocked kitchen the house had everything we needed there was 11 of us and we had a great time!
