'Ellis Island' was built in 1995. Located on the highest point in Tom Nevers, the home offers distant ocean views, lovely sunsets, and all day sun (or shade) from the back deck and front porch. It is an 'upside down' house, meaning that 3 of the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the ground floor. The living room, dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom with ensuite bath are upstairs.

Stayed Jul 17, 2022Great vacation house! My family, 6 of us altogether, stayed for 2 weeks and were very comfortable here. The kitchen is fully equipped and there were plenty of towels, beach chairs, bikes, games and puzzles and even a printer - I little bit for everyone! Wifi was great, my kids brought their Nintendo Switch and they were able to easily hook it up thanks to the detailed instructions provided! The neighborhood is nice and quiet with close proximity to the Tom Nevers beach and Sconset. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again in the future!
