Great house & we loved the location. We were able to walk to dinner & to get coffee in the morning.

Let’s just say…..we will never stay here again!!! The pictures of the house were very diseaving. The house needs a very deep cleaning!!! We were so ready for our stay at this house to hurry up and come to an end!! We couldn’t pack up fast enough and leave. Very dirty!!! The more we looked around the dirtier the house got. Someone needs to teach the house keeper how to do laundry. The wash cloths, towels and bath mats looked like they had never been washed. They were full of stains. If your going use white towels and bath mats then figure out a way to get the stains out or learn to use colored towels and colored bath mats. Same goes for the sheets. The sheets looked soiled and had stains all over them. My sheets had old blood stains on them. Some of the pillows were so old that they were yellowed. It was just gross!! And the pillows were so thick that we would wake up with cricks in our necks. I will say the beds were very comfortable if you could get passed the soiled looking bed linens. The smoke alarm battery went off in the middle of the night and scared us to death and then we had to listen to the alarm beep all night long until we got to leave. All we were given was half a roll of toilet paper to use so we had to go buy more for whole stay. Mold around the bathtub. Every time you flushed the toilet it would make a horrible sound. The house looked nice in the pictures but once you got there in person you could tell right off the construction was a do it your self job.

Deficits Should have more comfortable patio furniture. Linens all stained and torn. Remotes need batteries.Need significantly more garbage bags etc. Positives location was great. Quiet and comfortable . All appliances worked. Comfortable for 3 couples.

Location can't be beat; perfect for a group of six adults, or up to 8 if at least two are kids.

Amazing property and host. Communication was perfect. This house is perfect walking distance to bars, restaurants, shopping and multiple river locations.

Location is great. Will stay again if ever in New Braunfels.

GOOD: location! Easy walk to downtown for shopping and food, NB Toob rental with daiquiris to go (bring a thermos!). Quiet home - no party or train noise when we were there. House is super cute! Hot tub is clean. AC is cold. Smart TV ready for your streaming service.BAD: mattresses are awful - so soft you sink into a hole and can’t get out - talk about a pain in the neck/back! The grill is not suitable to use (filled with leaves and flammable things stored by it).

I am never a Karen on leaving reviews but….. two half empty toilet paper rolls per bathroom , a biohazard waste of used tampons and pads in a sack under a bed that we slept in , undiscovered until check out day while we were cleaning, an Amazon of a yard . and a full head of hair in our beds and shower rugs later…. Did anyone clean prior to our arrival? If so , I would definitely find a new cleaning service. Needless to say we left this home cleaner than we found it and still paid the cleaning fee .

Loved every minute of our stay. House had everything that we needed. Looked just like the pictures. So cute ! Close to restaurants & bars. bars. Lo

Had a great time at the house. Great location - just a few minutes away from downtown. Wish there was some type of shade in the backyard but we noticed that in the pics and brought our own pop up. No other complaints.

Good location, we walked into the square to shop and eat. Master bed was very soft, we sunk down into it and could not sleep so had to move to a different room. House had everything we needed and looked as advertised.

Had a blast catching up with a couple Marines.. Happy 249th Birthday Marines!

Nice clean comfortable old renovated/updated 3 br. Stocked with all of the basics for cooking and whatnot with great appliances incl gas stove. A hundred yards from the float-in parking lot. Three minute walk to the square... Five minute walk to Wurstfest. Nice small backyard area with firepit and hot tub. We loved it. Dont hesitate.

We enjoyed our stay quite a bit. Very spacious, nice beds and furniture, well stocked kitchen. Just not enough toilet paper, but otherwise well stocked bathrooms. The front door scraped the floor and had to be locked to keep it closed. We liked the close proximity to Texas tubes and downtown shopping. The hot tub was great. There was a deep floor dent by the front door that should be addressed. I would stay here again.

We loved the house. It was in a great location for us to visit Schlitterbahn!

House worked out well , we were in town for sons wedding , grass was not mowed & knee high , wasp nest at the front door & no where does it state to enter the door from the rear entrance , please state that in check in process please , small shower in back bedroom was super weird , 2foot by 2 foot shower the shower head was in the middle , could not bend over & as soon as u lather your head & move all shampoo wud wash away , strange set up……….inside of shower door stripping was moldy ! We have stayed in lots of short term rentals ….. this one seemed neglected!

Our family came to float the river. This location was ideal. The house was cute, comfortable and clean. The outdoor area was a great place to relax and grill. I would stay here again.

Bridge Haus was in a great location for our weekend in New Braunfels. The rooms were very good and beds were comfortable. They did not stock the house with things like coffee or tea. Also, you can tell that quite a few kitchen items have walked off. Very few pans but alot of coffee cups! Although we didn't end up using it, the hot tub was ready to go! The gas grill did not work so we didn't end up enjoying the outside area that last evening as planned.
