Great stay- the house was cozy for our Thanksgiving trip. We only had 4 but we could have been comfy with 3x as many people given all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Host was responsive and everything was as described. Would stay again for sure!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed several evenings in front of the fireplace. We loved being in walking distance to two breweries and not far from the town.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean and comfortable. The location was superb. We were so happy to be your guests.A couple things to note: there was a wad of gum on a blanket in the living room. There wasn’t a place for soap in the double bathroom.

Great location and set up! Plenty of beds and bathrooms for a large group. 10 minute drive to downtown Cooperstown.

Everything went very smoothly. Check in/out was easy, the door code made it very convenient for a larger group to avoid physical keys, and the property is beautiful!

We had 4 families and siblings stay for a week while our sons played at Cooperstown Dream park. The house is super convenient and is roomy, cozy, and comfortably decorated. It’s a lovely home. The brewery across street is great as is Ommegang half a mile away. I can’t recommend it enough!

This house was perfect for two families to enjoy the baseball tournament at Cooperstown Dream Park. The pictures didn’t do justice to how great the house was. The owner was easy to communicate with and the location was great. We enjoyed several visits to the two breweries near by. Overall great experience!

We very much enjoyed our girls weekend away in Cooperstown. Unfortunately the weather was not very good but that didn’t stop up from having a great stay! The house was very comfortable and was well stocked with everything we could need. The host was easy to get in touch with and responded to any concerns and questions I had very quickly. The property was clean and just a great house overall. It is a little far (6-10 minute drive) from downtown Cooperstown and other restaurants but walking distance to two great breweries. Overall it was an excellent stay!

Everything was perfect we were not able to get the living room tv to work or the coffee pot but we were fine. We will be looking to book again around the same time next year as we attend the NYEDC evry year we will be in touch. You have a lovely property!

We adored this property. It was the perfect mixture of victorian charm, modern conveniences, and cozy comfort. Having 5 bedrooms with their own bathrooms was ideal for a bigger group. Kitchen was very well equipped; great layout. Very convenient to Cooperstown. Would love to come back and just have a relaxing weekend never leaving the property.

THE perfect location for a guy's weekend away. Three minute walk to Ommegang. Red Shed Brewery was closed during our visit but is across the street. Short ride into town to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame and enjoy the local establishments. The house has numerous bedrooms and bathrooms to fit a large group. Kitchen is fully stocked and there is a large dining room for meals. Emily was fantastic to work with! Was able to get a later checkout on our last morning when I noticed our group was moving a little slow. Highly recommend the guided tour at the Hall of Fame and Sunday brunch and Bingo at Ommegang.

We had 10 adults and two children stay for a Super Bowl weekend get together. Perfect house for having us. Bedrooms spacious and each had their own bathroom which is fantastic. The house was immaculately clean and a very spacious kitchen for everyone to work in preparing meals and snacks. The fireplace in the spacious living room with plenty of seating was such a homey atmosphere. We very much enjoyed our stay. There’s plenty to do the area even in the winter time. Highly recommend the Brewery Place.

Have stayed here before with some family friends, and will continue to rent it every year. Plenty of personal space, but large group space as well. This house is perfect, and great location in cooperstown.

Home was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Check in was seamless, plenty of utensils and cookware. Loved the private bathrooms in most rooms and perusing the various books and wall hangings. Great location!

Second trip the Brewery Place. Emily is a great host. Accommodations are perfect for a weekend with friends. Very walkable to Ommegang.

This is the 2nd time our group of teacher friends have rented this property. It's a large house with plenty of room. Almost every bedroom upstairs has it's own bathroom which is so nice. Large living which is great when we had 7 people to fit. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. This house has old farm house charm and is in such a great location. Walk to Red Shed Brewery and Ommegang. Quick drive to town and Otesaga. Great communication with the owner throughout the process. I'm sure we'll be back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for us. We had 8 adults and 2 young children. We played some of the games, read some of the children’s books. Kitchen was great. Property owner was great with communication. Any time (both ahead of our stay and during our stay) I sent a message, she responded immediately. We had a wedding at Ommegang Brewery. It was super convenient. I would definitely recommend the property and would stay there again if we had a big group staying in Cooperstown.

This is place is great for Adults while kids play at CDP. This place have two great breweries in walkable (under 5 mins) distance. This place is great for families, and accurate to all the description. The host is very responsible to all our queries. I would recommend this place.

We were visiting family in Burlington Flats and this home was ideal for my group of 6. Large well furnished home, comfortable beds and lots of bathrooms. It was a quick weekend trip and ideal for my group. Will definitely return next time we are in the area.

Location was great for DreamsPark. House was clean and communication with owner was great. Highly recommend
