Breathtaking Rainbow River single family home

A very clean, spacious house with an amazing view! Right on the river. Property manager was awesome.

Beautiful place to stay!

This beautiful home was in the perfect location, directy on Rainbow River. Me, my husband, and adult son loved staying there. After or arrival, we decided to kayak on the River from KP Hole to one of the Rainbow Springs locations, which this home is the halfway point from KP Hole, so we were able to get some rest, eat a nice meal, and chill before the long paddle down the Springs. It had amazing views, plenty of room for large families, very large patio of you get tired of the bugs. We were able to BBQ on the outdoor back patio. They provide propane, charcoal (we bought our own, since Publix was only 5 minutes away), plenty of utensils, supplies, space, and comfortability. Also, this property is located near all of the grocery stores, restaurants, and any other stores for your supply needs. I would love to stay here again. If I was allowed to give 20 stars, instead of 5, I definitely would. I loved this place!!! Thank you Hanna!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this rental! The single-family home sits right on the river, and the porch was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. The house was very comfortable, clean, and exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed during our stay.The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the trip, which made everything easy and stress-free. One of the best parts was being able to bring our dog — she had the time of her life swimming in the river and exploring the property.

The property is beautiful in a very quiet and peaceful area. The best deck on the river!! BBQ grill amazing and the screen patio allowed us to enjoy the view at all times Dog friendly and 5/7 min away from main supermarkets. Thank you !!

I wish I could live here!!!! It was a beautiful spot and we loved the quiet atmosphere. We brought our kayaks but the KP hole, across the river and up past the park, rents theirs and you can go down the whole river, and they’ll shuttle you back. Then you can float again to the house. 0 paddle stress, but we’re paddlers! If they had a hot tub under the covered patio, I may have never left! Seriously one of the best stays of all stays.

Hanna’s house was a true oasis in the middle of the cypress grove that is Rainbow River. Magical, beautiful, tucked away, with a private dock that hangs right over the river and from which we saw many anhingas, turtles, river otters, and ducks galore. A stone’s throw from Swampy’s and a 10 minute drive from the spring head. Spacious screened-in porch, comfortable sleeping quarters, ample space to lounge and cook. Truly a dream for our quiet birthday weekend in nature. Thank you, Hanna for everything!

The location was amazing. Near town but still felt remote.The kitchen was well stocked and had everything I needed. Being right on the river was so relaxing and beautiful. I loved sitting out on the dock and watching all the wild life. Otters, turtles, and birds were everywhere.

We recently stayed at a beautiful river house and had such a relaxing time. The location right by the water was perfect—peaceful, quiet, and full of nature. One of our favorite moments each day was enjoying coffee on the dock while watching the otters swim by every morning… it felt magical!The house itself was comfortable and had a lovely atmosphere. The only thing I would suggest is that the backyard and lanai could use a little updating and cleanup, but it didn’t take away from how enjoyable the stay was.Overall, we absolutely loved our time here. Such a dreamy spot to unwind—we’d definitely come back!

This is a beautiful property that we have enjoyed visiting many times now. The owner is great about confirming reservations quickly and sending entry info early! There are multiple indoor and outdoor seating options which we really enjoy.

We have stayed at this property multiple times and it is just a wonderful spot. It's got great indoor and outdoor areas for gathering, it's helpful to have an extra fridge in the garage, and we also appreciated that there were extra floats available. We already want to go back!

Had a good time

We had such a wonderful family vacation at this lovely river home! The location couldn’t have been better—right in the perfect halfway spot on the river. We paddled from the head springs, stopped back at the house for a swim, and then grabbed tubes to float down to Swampy's. It was the best of all worlds!The house itself was clean, comfortable, and such a welcoming place to relax between adventures. Perfect location on River!

Hanna was the most accommodating host. The house and property was exactly what we needed to enjoy a week on the river with our dogs. The house is in a a great location, very close to the spring head and KP hole, but honestly the best part of our trip was hanging out on the dock, in and out of the water all day. Yard is completely fenced so we didn’t have to worry about the dogs getting out. Zero complaints, 10/10 would recommend Hanna’s beautiful property if you’re looking for a springs vacation!

We just left after a 4 night stay in this beautiful home. If the natural beauty of The Rainbow River is calling you this house is perfect and has everything. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked. The lanai area was perfect to kick back when it was raining and just relax. We only left the house one time to eat at Swampy’s the rest of the trip was spent on the dock. We seen so many turtle, fish, gar, and two small gators. Otter’s every morning swimming in front of your dock as they dive down for their morning breakfast. Very relaxing!

The location and proximity to the river and all it offered was outstanding.I will definitely be going back in the future. Most comfortable bed and couches ive ever seen in a rental. Thanks

Very relaxing home. No need to leave while there. Kitchen stocked well. Outside had a smoker and huge grill. Had tubes for floating on river and lots of games for inside. Huge lani with dock to fish or just sit back and watch tubers. I definitely would stay again.

Beautiful spot on cool, clear waters of Rainbow River. House was perfect for us. Comfortable, clean and well maintained on a very large lot shaded by large trees. We will be back.

We loved our stay so much! Perfect location on the springs. We will be booking again! Loved how quiet the property was and all the trees in the back. Everything worked great and the property had everything we needed. Was a perfect weekend getaway for our anniversary. Never a bad time unplugged and completely connected to nature.

We had a nice time on the Rainbow River. We spent most of our time on the dock and in the water having fun. The house met our expectations and the owner was very accommodating.

The description and photos of the property should be updated. The huge screened porch is awesome but this and the deck could use a pressure wash. The details mention a washer but there was a sign telling us not to use it. Coffee grinder broken. Propane grill not operable but there was an electric one. The 2nd twin bed mattress was very uncomfortable. The dishwasher did not work at first but the owner sent someone out and he was able to fix it for us. Despite these items we really enjoyed our time on the gorgeous river and would consider staying again after the property gets a little TLC.

Comfortable house on the beautiful Rainbow River, where the kayaking is delightful. It’s also located very close to the Blue Run Park, which connects to the biking trail Withlacoochee which is 46 miles long. Good location for the outdoor centric person.

We loved the dock and being able to paddle to Swampy’s restaurant. We are grateful to Hannah for allowing us to bring our pups. The yard is well fenced which was so very nice. We of course loved visiting the state park and the head springs. We enjoyed making fires in the evenings in the large screened porch. The house was very clean upon arrival.

A wonderful home in a wonderful place. Very comfortable, casual, and practical.

Our annual FL River explore. This would be a 2fer since we boated both the Rainbow and Withalacoochie. Love the spaciousness. 3 double patio doors open to lanai. Dock and yard perfect for us, liked the timer path lights for nighttime doggie walk out. Lanai fireplace put to good use as we had some chilly nights. The bed was a bit soft for hubby. Couches too, but comfortable. I would suggest a house size coffee maker vs the small hotel size like maker. We're def coffee drinkers. :-). Owner very responsive and accomodating. Property is as advertised. Great location on the Rainbow River. Waking up to coffee right on the river every day was a joy. The house is proximate to most all area amenities and shopping in town (groceries, etc.) is just a short drive away.

Rent this house often! Perfect for relaxing.
