This is a lovely property with lots of amenities. We loved how quiet and private it was. It was perfect for a getaway for two busy moms who needed a weekend break. Close enough to be there in a couple of hours but far enough away to really feel like an escape. Port Townsend and Fort Gamble are nearby and are charming places to explore. We loved it!
The property has a wonderful view of the hood canal and Olympic mountains. There is a huge common space with two dining areas and two living areas. The bedrooms are a bit sparse and only one full bath in the main room. It was fine for two of us with a toddler.
Everything as advertised. Nice touches were some snacks, spices, coffee and view!
Everything was just as described - nice location to Port Ludlow golf and Port Townsend sigfhtseeing.
Beautiful property with wonderful view.
Beautiful relaxing location. Close to quaint harbor towns for exploring and dining. Enjoyed our stay very much
This home has outstanding views of the Olympics from the small community of Shine. The home was extremely clean and fresh! The mattress in the master bedroom was WONDERFUL. It was perfect for my husband and me to stay while visiting relatives both in Port Townsend and Poulsbo. Large living/dining combo, large breakfast room, and large sunroom off living room. Clean and fresh and happy.
Views, views, views. So clean and fresh! The master bedroom mattress was wonderful. We loved our stay. It was the perfect location to visit relatives in both Port Townsend and Poulsbo.
My husband and I have been at this house before and it was so nice to come again. I so enjoy looking at the water from the home and how quiet and peaceful it was. It was cold while we were there but the gas fireplace made it warm inside while my husband and I got to relax for a few days to unwind from work. I totally recommend this place if you just want to get away.
Quiet neighborhood, incredible view, and clean house. Will use again when coming in to the area to stay for a few days.
Tops in everything! Sealy Posturpedic Mattressea, nice linens, unbelievable kitchen with Everything any cook would like! Huge bathtub and great shower! Hot water on demand! Well appointed with lovely furnishings. View! Did I mention the view? WOW! Peaceful and quiet. Deck area for sitting with your morning coffee and breakfast. Gas fireplace and BBQ! Hardwood floors that shine . A place for children. Close to Port Townsend for day trips. It was beautiful and filled ALL the vacation rental boxes on our list. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to rest and enjoy the northwest beauty!
As noted above, but all the floors were soapy. Like the soap was spread on thick, never rinsed off, and then dried. I had to wipe the floors on my hands and knees to clean up the soap.
Beautiful place! Beautiful view! Peaceful and quiet!
Did not like the people cutting the grass while there just because I have allergies. Loved the bed and the comfort of the home.
We loved the peaceful area and boundless nature. Beautiful stay and amenities.
The property was located in a great location and gave us opportunities to do day trips to learn more about the area.
This place is gorgeous with sweeping views and regular bald eagle visitors. I loved it!
