Breathtaking ocean views, 6BR, 5BA, private pool, putting greens, and game room!

It was our first annual family vacation and the weather was the worst! We took the opportunity to hang with family at the house and it was perfect. House was equipped with everything we needed and communication with owners was top notch. Would definitely stay here again

This house is absolutely beautiful and the views are breathtaking. Everything about the house is wonderful. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to use for cooking. Plenty of towels in each bathroom ( you do have to wash the towels at the end of your stay) The pool table downstairs was a hit with the teenagers. The bedrooms were all so nice. And let me tell you about the couch, lol! That couch was so comfortable, you would just sink up and relax. The outdoor area was nice, you have a pool, putt putt, corn hole boards, and a grill. Beautiful area just to relax. You are only a few steps from the beach, and the sunrise is amazing from the front porch. The owners were super nice and would communicate. We had no issues with the house. I would recommend this property over and over. We loved it!!

Overall very happy. Could not get dishwasher to actually clean dishes. Gave up after several attempts and hand washed. May want to replace this appliance.

We had a perfect stay at OIB thanks to Paul & Natalie's fabulous house! Eight adults and eight kids ranging in ages 3-16. Everyone had a comfy bed to sleep in and the house has great living areas for everyone to socialize in. We also loved that each family had their own full bath to themselves. The house was clean, up-to-date and well-stocked inside and out. The kitchen had everything we needed and the grill cooked up some great salmon and chicken!We loved the pool and the front porch with ocean views. Being at the north end of the island near the jetty was so great! It was a quieter stretch of beach, with a lovely ocean stretch to catch waves. The house came equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, towels, boogie boards, and a beach wagon. All we had to bring was a cooler and some sun shades! And beach access across the street WITHOUT massive dunes with stairs to hurdle was such a plus!Also, host communication and care was top notch. Check-in and check-out was seamless. Paul answered all our questions before our trip in minutes and we had two small issues to handle when we got there, and they were also responded to and handled in record time. If the stars align and all 16 of us are able to make it together again for a beach vacation, we know we have a house to stay in. Thanks again Paul and Natalie!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were close to two beach access points. The games in the basement were great for the older kids. House was clean and looked like the photos. The host was responsive and sent someone to fix the minor issues with the grill and shower door within a day. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

The property was as advertised, with clean linen and towels, a pool table and video games for the kids, and a fully furnished kitchen. Paul was responsive and courteous. A great vacation house!

This worked out really well for us. It’s very close to the beach and 11 of us fit nicely in the bedrooms. The pool was great!

Amazing house and owner, made our Christmas with our family very special. The kids can’t stop talking about the putting green, arcade, bunk beds, and views of the ocean. Walking right to the beach was so nice this time of year. Would rent again for sure!

We booked the house for three families during the week of Thanksgiving. It was the perfect size for everyone. Very close to the beach - we could see the kids at the beach from the kitchen window. The kitchen well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals while we were there.

The home is lovely! Communication easy. The view!! Can’t say enough about the location.

Debbie tried to ruin our family vacation and host came down prior to our arrival and absolutely worked himself to the bone to make sure our very special large family vacation was just perfect. Top Notch home with nothing spared. I cannot thank the owners enough because this could have taken a very different direction. We will RETURN!!!!

All 3 generations had a wonderful time being together at our favorite spot~ The games, pool table and putting greens were an extra bonus for all! We had our own version of the Olympics every day with medals and lots of laughter! POOL size was great for all ages. Kitchen set up was great with plenty of room for all 11 of us to be able to eat together! And the bedrooms with their own baths were perfect! Thank you!

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was beautiful and very well stocked. The location to the beach was wonderful, just a short walk. The pool was very spacious and fit our large family well. They provided several pool toys and beach chairs. The host went above and beyond. They replied back immediately when I had a question and were very quick to fix a problem that was caused by me. I would highly recommend this house.

My family couldn’t stop talking about how great looking the house is and the kids loved the pool. All the extra amenities that come with the house like pool table, beach chairs and towels, pool toys and arcade games leave you wanting to stay longer. We will definitely be back! We spent a week here to reunite with family from all across the country. The house fit our needs perfectly and the renovations done were top notch. There is a beautiful view of the beach from the house and public access just across the street. Because it's at the far end of the island, the beach was never crowded. The pool was put to good use all week as well and we hosted 30+ people for dinner with no issues. I'd highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway on the beach in a fully remodeled home.
