During winter, the neighborhood transforms into a snow-covered haven ideal for skiing and snowboarding. In the warmer months, scenic hikes and panoramic lake views await from nearby trails and overlooks. Dining, shopping, and nightlife in South Lake Tahoe are just a short drive away, adding vibrancy to your mountain escape.



Getting Around:

A car is highly recommended for accessing local attractions. From the parking area, guests will walk approximately 0.1 miles along a lighted pathway and ascend 40 stairs to the front door. While there is no direct shuttle or public transport to the unit, ski resorts and beaches are within a 10–15 minute drive.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains are necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



There are approximately 40 stairs from the parking lot to the front door.



Please note that the grill is only available in the summer months.
