Braun Rio - Guadalupe River, 2 King Master Suites, Loft, Riverfront Patio

It was absolutely a fantastic four night five day stay. This is the second year in a row that we’ve gone and stayed at the Braun Rio. We love this house. It is so nice and clean and a fantastic place to stay on the river. Vacay did a great job communicating with us and accommodating us at every request. We will probably go back again next year highly recommend you check it out!!

I had my daughter and daughter in laws for a quiet weekend babyshower. My daughter needed some TLC! It was lovely. We slept so well. We sat by the water and saw a deer run through the river then a hawk with a fish in its talons! The birds sang while we had coffee and visited in the morning: it was great! It was good energy for our new little one coming into the world! Well stocked kitchen. Beds were soft. Clean. It was wonderful.

You could use new plates, most are chipped. Kitchen is real nice other than that.

Disappointed in property because pictures presented more favorable house than actually was. Kitchen windows and sliding door were filthy. Roaches in bathrooms, no TV in living room, Balcony dirty, grounds unkept, mirror in bathroom by laundry room was dirty. Will not be returning.

House was perfect! Everything was provided and the views were amazing. We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay. We are thinking about renting it next year and taking the kids. The river is only 12 deep in this section. Perfect for younger kids.

Braun Rio is a beautiful place to visit. This was my 5th or 6th time staying there. The house is nice and it's on a beautiful part of the river. The host is absolutely amazing. Thank you for another great stay.

Very well maintained, clean and quiet place. The river access and balconies overlooking were Esquisite. The nature sounds and nightly fire flies in the peaceful setting was more than one could hope for. A wonderful family friendly river house.

The Braun Rio is wonderful! The photos do not do it justice to being there in person. Family had a great and memorable trip on the river. Beds were so comfortable, kitchen had all the dish ware you could need, having 3 bathrooms was a major convenience, and the direct access to the river in the back yard was the best part! We were able to bbq some hamburgers and hotdogs while still enjoying the water! We will definitely book again at Braun Rio.

came down with the wife, mother-in-law and 5 kids ranging from 1 year - 14 years old. we were in town for the wilder blue concert and decided to stay a couple extra days, it was amazing.

My family and I loved this house. The property is just beautiful. Very private. Great access to the River . Lots of different spaces outside to hang out. The inside of the house was great. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. This is a house we plan on coming back to again and again!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home not 50 yards from Guadalupe River! We enjoyed sitting outside on one of the two balconies at this home, watching the wildlife. We saw turkey, deer, and lots of different birds...it was a nice and peaceful getaway!

Pleasantly surprised to find updates to the property not depicted in pictures. We absolutely enjoyed our time at this property.

The property was wonderful. Very private. Right on the river. Perfect. …. We put our kayaks into the River in our backyard (near 4th Crossing) and floated down to the 1st Crossing. Amazing location. Came home and grilled.

Our stay was very relaxing and quiet- which is just what we we wanted. We spent a lot of time on back porch and terrace and enjoyed a campfire on the river’s edge every night! The beds were super comfortable!

WE LOVE THIS HOME AND LOCATION IS PERFECT FOR US. THIS WAS OUR SECOND VISIT AND EVERYTHING WAS JUST GREAT. THE PEACE AND QUIET ALONG WITH THE WILDLIFE WAS WONDERFUL.
