Clean and convenient. We enjoyed our stay. Super close to plenty of places to eat, including the food truck square.

We spent 10 days at Unit A of the Moab house in February. The host Deb was quick to respond to questions & concerns. The house was spotless and well stocked with implements and supplies. The house came with the use of a huge 2 car garage along with plenty of off street parking. The house was centrally situated in Moab so that the entire town, shopping and dining were within easy walking distance of the house. In addition, national parks Arches & Canyonlands were within 15 and 40min respectively of the house. We look forward to coming back next year.

Neighborhood is a little run down but property is like new. Secure parking in garage is a plus. Very convenient to restaurants and downtown shops.

Everything was great. The unit was clean, well kept, stocked with necessary items, convenient to town and restaurants. Parking, including the garage was great. Street to the property is in bad need of repair.

Love this property!! Very spacious and just one block off the main highway in the middle of all the shops and restaurants. Communication with manager was very fast and pleasant. It was extremely well cleaned upon our arrival. Love that it has a garage for our Jeep to park in. I will definitely be back. Thanks so much for sharing this beautiful gem!!

Very nice place. Had everything we needed and is within walking distance of downtown. It is located next to a bar and while we didn’t have any issues with noise, I was originally worried. But, it all turned out great.

The house is super clean and has all the amenities you need. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and bars. My family would stay here again!

This is an excellent property. Unit is thoughtfully put together and every well stocked. We had everything we needed to have a home away from home and more. The owner was excellent with communication, and the check in/out process was a breeze. The property is in the heart of town, so easy to walk anywhere. I would stay here again in the heartbeat. We primarily use VRBO properties when traveling and this is perhaps top 3 properties I've stayed at. A!!

We stayed in both Unit A and B from May 1–4, and honestly, this was the best VRBO experience I’ve had—hands down. The place is spotless and feels brand new, with beautiful finishes, solid flooring, and one of those layouts that just works. Both units were super clean and thoughtfully designed, and the beds? Incredible. Comfy mattresses, high-quality bedding—it all just felt like home (if not better).What really made it special, though, was the location. You’re right downtown, within easy walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and coffee spots. We never had to get in the car once we arrived. That said, parking was still a breeze—plenty of it, and even garage options, which is a nice bonus. As a Colorado real estate agent, I’ve seen a lot of homes and short-term rentals—and this one really nails it.

We loved staying here and it was perfect for exploring the surrounding parks. The condo is also super well located for walking to restaurants and downtown!

Have stayed other places in Moab but nothing compares. This location is super clean, fully furnished with everything you would need. Easy check in and check out. We have stayed here before and came back. Walking distance to downtown just a great place to stay.

This property was new, clean and thoughtfully appointed. It made our stay of two sets of grandparents and the two grandkids easy and memorable. Very conveniently located with walkable access to restaurants and grocery stores.

Had a great stay at this condo! So clean, just off the Main Street in walking distance to many restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen, crockpot & griddle! Loved having garage to park our full sized truck. Sound machine in bedroom. Loved all the windows. Excellent communication with host. We will book again I’m sure.

Convenient access to Main and great locations such as Pasta Jays across the street. Easy to access home. Mattresses were very comfortable. Would stay again.

Our group of 5 off-road motorcycle guys loved this place! Perfect downtown location allowed us to return each day and take a walk to wherever we wanted or needed to go. The garage secured all 5 of our bikes and gave us a great place to stage our gear before and after each ride. New, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend for friends or a family with kids looking for adventure. Kitchen was perfect and we grilled steaks and had an awesome night just hanging out on the patio.

This is an amazing property in Moab. It is only a block off of the main street and is in walking distance of most of the downtown and restaurants Stay here for your visit to Arches and Canyonland!

Everything from the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, garage space, outdoor patio, parking area, and closeness to downtown. It was all perfect for our group.
