Stayed Jul 5, 2025Great house in a great location. We loved the front porch. Yard big enough for playing games like corn hole and for the kids to run around. Not a busy street. Walking distance to beach and Aunt Carries!

Stayed Aug 24, 2024Very nice home that comfortably fit our family. We calculated it as an 8 minute walk to the beach. We loved hanging out on the big top porch and having dinner out there most nights. Great open floor concept. Beautiful kitchen. Our only issue with the stay was there were no sheets or towels which wasn't disclosed in the listing. We had to run out and buy these items as we did not know we needed to provide our own, which was inconvenient and an additional expense. Outside of this, it was a great stay and I would recommend Alan's place.

Stayed Aug 7, 2021Perfect location for our family of adults and 3 babies. Close to the beach to go back and forth during the day for naps. House well equipped for cooking and enjoying family time. Great space. Bring baby gates if you have little ones. Lots of stairs. Can’t wait to stay here next year!!

Stayed Jul 10, 2021This property was large enough to accommodate our large group both inside and out. It is well appointed. The kitchen has everything you would need to make family meals. Very clean and the furniture is comfortable. We would walk to the beach at least twice a day because it is so close. Bring gates if you have small children. There are a lot of stairs. Parking is more than ample. Owners are great about getting back to you. Will definitely rent again. A truly lovely place to spend time!
