Stayed Dec 31, 1969We arrived and were very impressed with the property as a whole. Alot of room and we had eight in our party. Comfy beds and other amenities. Sitting on the patio alone was a great experience. The deer come and go as they please and the kiddos do enjoyed them and feeding them grapes. The fire pit was perfect for Smores. We hope to return again. Oh and its perfect for relaxing as it is a very quiet area.

Stayed Jun 13, 2024Overall great stay, beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Not far from town and perfect location for concerts at whitewater amphitheater! Loved all the wildlife that we had come right up to us as well.

Stayed Jul 29, 2023Everything was perfect! From the kids room to the deer feedings! Beds were so comfortable and it was very quite. So much room for 3 families to enjoy each other without being on top of each other. Would love to come back!

Stayed Jun 1, 2023House was great. Deer were in the yard each day which was a bonus. Used the house as a base as we visited Schlitterbahn, Gruene, San Antonio. Loved it.

Stayed May 7, 2023Great home, worked well with our group of adults and kids, plenty of room, lots of deer!. Beds sit way high which was hard for husband as he had prosthetic leg.

Stayed Aug 18, 2022Beautiful home with absolutely everything we needed already provided. There was nothing lacking here. The house is better than the pictures and we very much enjoyed our stay here. Watching deer come up in the backyard was so exciting and we loved the outdoor patio. The house was clean and in pristine condition. Absolutely recommend this lovely home!

Stayed Dec 9, 2021This property looks exactly how it looks in the photo it was absolutely amazing we had little kids with us and they were able to play in the open area and open spaces. Some of the rooms were a little small but you don't spend much time in there so it wasn't that bad. It had everything that we needed a Keurig machine and waffle machine I mean it literally was absolutely perfect. The guest bathroom did have a slow drain so that is the one negative I could point out but other than that.. Perfect! It also had pack and plays and booster seats! Toys were included and it was a hit!
