Brand New Luxury Townhome | Air Conditioning | Private Deck

Stayed for 5 nights, was very impressed with everything about this property. Attention to detail by the owners in a number of ways made it feel like a home from home. There was good communication and I appreciated the checking in to see if we were enjoying our stay or needed anything. Location was great and there was a good selection of bars and eateries; and the local supermarket was well stocked. I would definitely stay there again.

This property far exceeded our expectations and from start to finish was one of the nicest properties we have rented. Very clean, quiet, close to the quaint town of Ridgway and so many little touches like coffee, tea bar and welcome toiletries and kitchen starter pack. The view was nice also. Wonderful stay!

While it's not super close to Telluride (approx. 45 mins each way) it's a very simple drive and worth the sacrifice to get a really nice condo without paying crazy Telluride prices. Worked perfectly for 3 guys but would also be great for bigger families. Private garage and great family room TV/set-up and a very well equipped kitchen. Highly recommend.

Wow, this was the most amazing property! It had every amenity needed couldn’t beat the location very modern and new. The library (great play space for kids) is literally in the back yard and the park and playground just steps from that… close to all the restaurants and everything Ridgway has to offer. This stylish home is by far our favorite in this beautiful little town! They were able to accommodate us with early check in with our sick kiddo and that is much appreciated! Highly recommend this stay!

If you’re planning to cook, then the kitchen will have everything you need. There are shops, restaurants, and groceries in walking distance. There is even a two car garage! We enjoyed the luxurious townhouse and the area so much that we decided to spend an extra night. If you are reading this, then I suggest that you reserve it before somebody else does. FYI - Unasweep Canyon (located near Gateway) is beautiful!

The home was well stocked and very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was walking distance to shops and restaurants in Ridgway. The Uncompahgre River trail was just outside the back door! Communications with the host were quick and easy.

This place was ideal for us and we only wished we had stayed longer. They thought of everything.

Beautiful property within walking distance of restaurants in Ridgway, short drive to Ouray. Good view of the mountains from the deck, plenty of room for everyone. They even welcomed us with a bottle of wine for my husband and I, and sparkling juice for the kids with a personal note! One of the best places we have ever stayed.

The owners thought of everything. It's very organized and the layout is great. We are from Texas so we loved that we had AC, usually not the norm in Colorado. We also loved having garage parking. Great home, we will rent again!

We have stayed at a lot of homes area, but this was the best. It is new, clean, and it is the most equipped rental we've ever stayed in. The walking trail is right out the front door and excellent restaurants just a block away. Parking available and even offers a garage if you need it. We will be back.

What a gorgeous place - I want to live there!!! Everything was top notch. The master suite had my name all over it!! :) and so did the kitchen! I loved the view from the deck and the town is so cute. I loved all the welcome gifts (especially the wine!!) and every little touch. I have stayed in tons of rentals. This is the best!

Very convenient for activities in the San Juan mts. This is a very high end, modern home. Plenty of room and modern layout and design. Rooms are beautiful and beds are extremely comfortable. All appliances are top of the line.

THIS place is unbelievably beautiful, bright, new, clean and fully stocked with dishes, pans, bbq, amenities, great beds and bedding for a wonderful stay! The mountain views are amazing and the trail is right out the door to hike, bike, run along water’s edge. It is close to the sweet little Colorado downtown. Walking distance to the grocery store and local coffee shop! Look no further! This is such a find!
