The home is located in a small private community with a tropical pool equipped with a bathroom, lounge chairs, and outdoor refrigerator. * The Pool is open from April 1st - Oct 31st and is managed by the property management team.

The home has an outdoor shower to help you wash away the sand after spending a day at the beach. The outdoor shower is located on the side of the house.

The location of the home has so much to offer since it's located on the south end of Kure Beach close to the Fort Fisher Historic Site and North Carolina Aquarium. You can rent bicycles and enjoy a beautiful ride through this historic area with views of Cape Fear River, drive your 4 x 4 vehicle onto the beach at the nearby access point, or take the ferry to the charming town of SouthPort and enjoy a stroll through the town while grabbing lunch at one of the local restaurants. The Kure Beach Pier/Boardwalk is less than 1mile away. There you can fish off the pier, play at the arcade, or grab a meal at one of the restaurants.

The dining table seats 6 and there are 4 stools located at the kitchen counter right next to the dining table. There is also a half bathroom located near the kitchen.

Great Room: Professionally decorated by an interior designer with style and comfort in mind. Furniture includes comfortable seating for 8 with a sectional. Enjoy watching a movie on a 65 inch Smart TV or listening to music with the Sonos Sound Beam.
