Stayed Jun 15, 2025This house delivered on all the areas important to us! Location, easy beach and pool access, and the house itself is clean, nice en-suite bathrooms in all bedrooms. We had 5 adults and 7 kids and we loved the house and patio area!

Stayed Jun 6, 2025The house was beautiful and clean. The owners were great at communicating. The neighborhood was bumping with activity. The community pool was fun and super easy to get to. The only downside was that the beach access did not allow tents, which is a must-have for families with small children. And even after you spend big bucks to rent their chairs & umbrellas, they take them down around 5, which is hours before sunset, wasting some of the best beach time. Luckily, public access beach is only a short drive away (Inlet Beach).

Stayed Jun 4, 2025We had an amazing stay at this house! The location was perfect since we love to walk between rosemary and alys beach and it was directly in the middle of the two! The tram was amazing to and from the beach and pedal pub area too! The community lagoon pool was very nice and everything was so nice and clean! The house was everything listed and more! Very beautiful and roomy for us all! We can’t wait to come back and would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Dec 30, 2024This house had everything we needed, was clean, and comfortable, plus balconies galore. Central to everything you would want to do in 30A. Internet was fast, and electric car charging was a plus (adaptor in a kitchen drawer). We would highly recommend!

Stayed Jun 12, 2024I booked this for my sisters bachelorette party. There were 11 of us. The house was gorgeous and the location couldn’t have been more convenient! We were across the street from the pool and the beach was a quick easy walk (even for me being 6m pregnant!) also super close to shops and restaurants! Hosts were very responsive with all questions and we were even able to check in early! 10/10 experience!!!

Stayed Apr 24, 2024We stayed for 6 days for our daughter’s beach wedding! The property was beautiful! Each large bedroom had its own patio and bathroom! It was perfect for our families and young grandchildren! Very short walk to the community resort-style pool and just a few minutes walk to the beach! Would definitely stay there again!
