This condo was absolutely beautiful! We had 6 people total, and 4 kids. We had so much space! It was extremely clean and decorated perfectly. Mary was a pleasure to work with and communicated so well. She even gave us a list of activities and restaurants in the area, which was so helpful since we hadn’t visited the area before. We swam with dolphins, went on a glass bottom boat tour, snorkeled, and visited the sea turtle hospital. Such a fun trip!! Thank you, Mary!!

Could use some paint touch up. But very clean We love all the extras that go with it. This is our second vacation here and love it.

Our 3 generational family comprised of 4 adults and 2 young children were very comfortable in this property. The kids loved the pool and playground. We also found great activities close by, including Theater of the Sea and Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. We cooked several meals inside the condo after shopping at the Publix, also conveniently located just a few minutes away. The layout of the condo was perfect for us, with grandparents sleeping on the ground floor and parents/kids all together on the 3rd floor. Having a bathroom on each floor was also very convenient. We definitely plan to come back when the weather is warmer.

Very nice community. The golf cart was great, the pool and house were very clean. Perfect place for a family of 7.

Everything worked out well very nice place to stay and appreciated all the amenities and toys for Grand kids. Had a very nice time.

The home was perfect for us! We had a 1.5 year old with us and the little toys and books were great! Along with the sand toys! Kitchen was very well equipped (wouldn’t mind having a toaster or toaster oven) but we just used the oven. The little touches were very nice… a tube of toothpaste, q-tips, cotton balls, first aid kit, Keurig coffee pods, seasonings, etc…plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. The host was a great communicator! Anytime I sent a message, I got a prompt response. We had one issue with something happening to the water and so our water was down on a couple of different occasions. While this was very inconvenient for us, the host communicated with us the best that she could. She was also generous to reimburse us some money for water and stuff we had to buy during this inconvenience, even though it was out of her control.

OUTSTANDING PROPERTY! Wonderful location easy access to everything in Key Largo. This is a stunningly beautiful condo with comfortable beds and an extremely well appointed and organized space making it easy to locate everything. Mary (owner) went above and beyond with supplying everything guests need for a comfortable stay. We greatly appreciated all of the extras she provided, she has literally thought of ALL the things you need (kitchen and laundry supplies, bathroom necessities, sunscreen, kayak snorkel pickle ball and tennis gear, etc). The use of the golfcart on property was really awesome and made it easy to transport my dad to the pools and pier. Dolphin Life is literally a 5 min walk away and has the best prices (and longest time in water) for dolphin encounters. HIGHLY recommended!

This may be the best property in the area, so well stocked with any and enerything you could need, down to the last detail. Beautifully done, spacious for families. Great for teens to have their own space. The only thing I would warn about is that it is not suited for anyone with mobility issues. Fishing, swimming, kayaking, so easy and equipment there to access. Thank you for a great stay. Will stay again!!!

The condo was very clean, well maintained, and had everything you needed. Loved the screened in balconies and use of the golf cart to get down to the point. Loved being able to see the sunrise and sunset on the water. Very convenient location as a home base for your Keys adventure. Would definitely stay again.

This property was Amazing! Beautifully decorated and so many wonderful amenities and extra touches. The property was well stocked with everything you would need. We used the golf cart daily and loved going out to the jetty. One of the nicest places we have stayed and would live to come back for our next dive trip!

Our family was all ages from 5 to 65 and we loved the home and everything the property had to offer. The home was styled perfectly and so clean. We enjoyed all it had to offer and made our trip so enjoyable. Great communication with the owner. Easy check in and out. We will definitely come again!

Our stay in Mary's home helped to make our first trip to the Keys fantastic. The home was very clean and had everything our family needed for a fun vacation. No details were overlooked. From the outdoor beach equipment to the abundance of beach and bath towels, Mary made sure we had everything to make our stay complete. The home was comfortable and located in a perfect location. It is a short drive from the local grocery store chain, Publix. There are 2 pools in the community as well as a shallow entry lagoon. The jetty was a short golf cart ride to watch the sunset. Fishing from the jetty was fun as well, the rods were also supplied in the home! The home is not only located in a friendly and quiet community, it also has easy access to the highway to travel further south in the Keys. The property is also only minutes from the Pennekamp state park.I would highly recommend this home if you want a comfortable location from which to explore all the Keys have to offer.

Above and beyond for any VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Everything we needed for cooking, cleaning, pool activities was provided. Very responsive to any questions/concerns.

Clean, cute, well thought out rental! Pools and lagoon were great for kids though in a little older community. Golf cart was nice to have!

The pictures of this beautiful property are spot on and it had everything we needed for a fun girls trip. Mary was beyond helpful. We got some great restaurant recommendations, Snooks, Twisted Shrimp and The Fish House are a must and we ended up at the Keys Ice Cream shop every night for their amazing chocolate dipped frozen Key Lime Pie. The golf cart, along with the snorkel/beach gear was a huge hit and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the screened in porch every morning.

Fantastic unit with amenities above and beyond my group's expectations. Great communication with the host as well. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

LOVED our stay at this beautiful condo. Beautifully decorated with lots of amenities. The kids had so much fun kayaking, swimming in the pool and yes, we did see many iguanas!! The golf cart was a big plus and location was very convenient. Thank you,Mary,for a seamless check in and quick responses.

Our stay was pure delight! The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and having use of the golf cart made it easy to head down to the point for fishing or a beautiful sunset. Check in and communication with the owner was a breeze. The home is close to everything Key Largo has to offer. I definitely recommend this property as we have it on our list to come back!

A perfect location for our 60th birthday vacation celebration with our friends on Key Largo. Every little detail was thought through in this home, beautiful furnishings, comfy beds and everything you need.we enjoyed the pool, beach, tennis and pickleball courts, golf court and more on the property. The local area had great restaurants and bars with friendly people all around. Fun place for a relaxing vacation on the Keys. We are coming back next year and staying even longer

When arriving we knew we found our home away from home. The unit we booked was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished with every thing we could or would need for our stayIt is a 10 out 10 place to stay. The Owner was very responsive and made the whole process seamless. We will be coming back again!!!

Mary, the host always answered right away and was super helpful. The condo was clean and comfy! The only negative was the flights of stairs to each floor for us 70 year olds! Really loved the end of the jetty for the sunset!

We loved the location and the property. The condo unit had all kinds of amenities and the condo area had a lot also. 3 pools, a lagoon, and the ocean a five minute walk away or you can drive a golf cart around. Can’t wait until we can do a return trip!

Spent a long weekend in Key Largo; this was a fantastic place to stay. Very clean and convenient with great amenities and walking distance to the water. Host kept us well informed; will definitely consider if we return to the area again.

Family of 6 adults enjoyed our stay at this property while in the Keys. Property is clean and as advertised. Located in a beautiful gated community with lots to do and also located close to so many other activities and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Key Largo!

Right from when I booked the property to arriving and departing, the communication from Mary was great. There was even the issue of water one day - that affected the entire community, because county had to work on a broken pipe. Mary coordinated with HOA and kept me posted. Instructions were very clear. House itself was great. It has kayaks, location is awesome. Very clean bathrooms, kitchen and the house in general. Will recommend and will stay again if I plan to go to keys

We enjoyed our long weekend in the Florida Keys with our two children (5 & 8).

This place is gorgeous! We were able to snorkel and kids had a blast catch and releasing tarpons and cudas right on site. The saltwater pool was a very pleasant surprise. The house was beautiful, clean, confortable, VERY ORGANIZED and fully stocked. Maria Elena was a great host. I can tell she truly treasures this piece of paradise. .

The property had everything we needed for a relaxiing getaway. We loved the property with the private beach, saltwater lagoon, pool and more. It is very convenient to great restaurants and activities like fishing charters out of the nearby marina. The townhouse is absolutely beautiful and the layout was perfect for our group. Mary is a wonderful host, very informative and responsive. We will be back!!!

We had a wonderful stay. The host was so helpful as on the last day one of us lost our purse and she went through the outdoor Are video footage to help us determine where it was, which was super nice. Whenever I had a question, she responded almost immediately. We really enjoyed the use of the golf cart and the pickleball gear, the lagoon is really nice for swimming! Nice location near lots of great things to do and restaurants. We hope to return sometime and are so thankful for this amazing rental! We had a blast!

The host was so communicative and provided everything we could possibly need. House was clean, comfortable beds, and tons of space. Our only complaint is the boat ramp is shallow for most parts of the day so it was a pain to time our launches. Originally we were under the impression that parking the boat would be no issue at the marina, but upon arrival we were told marina parking was for slip owners only.

We had a great time staying here. 4 kids and 2 adults and there was plenty of room to spread out! My only negative is that I wish we would have stayed a couple days longer!
