Phenomenal house. Extremely well equipped. Gorgeous decorations in each room and fabulous views. Bathrooms in every bedroom, which is amazing. The only issue we had was the kids bunk room being hot and the home not including linens (but they do have it on the description, so it wasn’t a surprise). I didn’t get the original check in email, but the owners were quick to respond with the information.

We love this property. It is perfect for our family of 18.

This spacious home is ideal for a large group. Since we cook in, we were particularly impressed with the double refrigerators and the well stocked kitchen. The pool/entertainment area allows everyone to spread out. Lastly, the view of the marsh is lovely and the short walk to the beach is definitely a plus.

We have stayed at OIB more than 10 years and this is the best property for our family of 19! I do recommend a golf cart which gives a better experience when exploring the island.

We have been coming to Ocean isle since the 90’s when our kids were little with us and their grandparents. Now WE are the grandparents and have finally found the perfect house. Its so big and for a large family what makes it unique and over the top? (besides the awesome decorating?) There are 2 fridges and 2 washer/dryers!!! An incredible kitchen! And a pool! Sturdy deck furniture, extra tables for eating or games or crafts! A short walk to the beach! I could go on and on but you get the idea….its wonderful. (And the marsh view is actually a plus too)

Literally, the perfect house for a large family. Beautiful, clean, great location, nice private pool. The owner was a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend !

Such a great beach house- house is well stocked with a great view of inlet waterway and a very quick walk to beach. Very pleased with our stay!

This property has everything you’d need for your stay. The view from the balcony is very pretty and relaxing. The kitchen is fully stocked with a double fridge/freezer. It was extremely easy to get the beach. Very walkable even with small kids.

We had 17 family members ranging from age 1- 72 in our group. We loved the large open space in the living area where we could all gather. The kitchen was very well stocked and plenty of seating for all of us to enjoy our meals. The pool was enjoyed by both the kids and adults and refreshing after an afternoon at the beach. The concrete area around the pool was spacious with plenty of seating. The 2 refrigerators are a must for our group since we cook a lot of our meals at the house. Two washer and dryer sets were also great to have with a large group! The beds were comfortable and the bunk room was great for the kids. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The view of the marsh from the house was beautiful! The only complaint I would have is at check in and check out we wished there was an elevator! We had a great time this week at Ocean Isle visiting our WV family. I would recommend staying at this house…great for a large group!

We stayed here last July. 2023. The house was very nice. Had everything we needed. The decks were a nice gathering place after a day at the beach. With such a large group (17), it was nice to have 2 washers and dryers. Pool area was very nice. There was a slippery spot on the cement ( ac run off) where one of the kids slipped and got hurt. They did come and cleaned that up though. Wasn't too far from the beach, a 2 min walk. I would recommend ☺️

Property was as listed and very comfortable for 10 adults and 2 children. Walk to beach was farther than we expected. Shower curtain liners need replacing due to mold.

We loved the house. It was comfortable and plenty roomy for the 21 of us. We loved the pool and its location gave us privacy(people were not able to walk by the pool and see us as we were enjoying our time in it). We loved the location of the house, the marsh has beautiful scenery behind the house which also made it a little more private for us. The Beach was a short walk. I gave it an overall rating of four because I did not enjoy having to get our own sheets and towels. And I wondered how clean the beds and pillows were if people had not brought or rented their own sheets.

From the time we got to Ocean Isle and 4 Chadbourn, we had a fantastic time. Weather was good, house was great and the proximity to the ocean was awesome. The only thing that needed fixing was the safety bar when entering pool. It is a safety hazard that should be taken care of immediately.

We absolutely loved this house. From the wrap around porches to the plentiful outdoor seating, our crew had the best time soaking in the marsh views, watching sunsets and playing games on the little beach behind the home. We had five families stay, and had plenty of space. The walk to the beach was short and easy and we really enjoyed the swimming pool too (we loved that it was separately gated with babies/kids around). This house is so perfect, if you book, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you for the wonderful stay, we will be back OIB!!!
