Brand new home with 3 king Beds,central location, near Downtown SLC , ski resort

Everything was clean and Chinh accomodated an early check in. We had a wonderful Christmas gathering with family.

Very clean and comfortable stay. Comfy slippers are provided to sipport the no shoes request.

This was our 2nd time staying there and we love it.Our only complaint is the glade plugins as some people are allergic to them including my wife.

Excellent, roomy, clean house in a quiet cul de sac. No complaints at all. King beds in the top 3 bedrooms. VERY firm. Giant walk in closet in the master bedroom as well as a large bathroom. A/C worked great, thankfully, as every day was high 90’s. Close to plenty of shops, restaurants and Grant Field for a baseball tournament. Our host was excellent getting back to me for a couple of questions. There was also a binder with information on the house and favorite restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked with everything, including multiple coffee makers. We had to remove our shoes while inside which was not a problem for us. It kept the floors much cleaner. Having a garage was wonderful. The only thing I would suggest would be to somehow empty the big trash can inbetween guests. We arrived on Monday and trash wasn’t picked up until Thursday. The can was already about 2/3 full with someone else’s garbage. I would highly recommend this house, which can accommodate 6 people upstairs and more if the 3 rooms downstairs were opened up. Everything went perfectly.

We were in town visiting family in Taylorsville and this house was close by and very convenient. It was spotless, spacious and comfortable for 4 adults. The home is well stocked with everything you need and the owner has put a lot of attention into the little details. Beds were very comfortable. The owner responds to any questions within minutes. We may just start calling this place our new home base whenever we’re in town again.

This home was exactly as advertised. It was so comfortable and clean. Definitely a home away from home.

This was like a home away from home and it was perfect for our family of 8. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The location was only minutes away from the airport and the freeway was a couple streets down so it was an easy drive to get to wherever we needed to go. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The owner was very accommodating and was quick to reply to our questions or requests. We have family in Utah, so if we come back to visit, we would definiely try to stay here again.

We loved this house, we felt at home… the property is very clean and new, the beds were very comfortable, there was everything we needed, sheets, blankets and extra towels… the kitchen was equipped with everything necessary appliances, even coffee and food, species and everything necessary…..the communication with the host and manager was excellent, he responded quickly to all my messages and was very friendly…..I would definitely stay in this house again….the neighborhood is quiet…
