Updated Ranch Apartment w/ Deck - 9 Mi to Downtown

My friends and I loved staying at this house. It was very clean, big with 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, and it has a very cozy livingroom and kitchen. We didn't get a chance to use the jacuzzi (because the weather was too cold for us). The owner was very nice and responded quickly to pur messages. When I go back to Utah, I will try to book this place again. Thank you for everything!

The beds are very very confortable the area is nice only 12 min from down town salt lake

Everything about the house was terrifi c. The owner is first rate, ready to help with anything although we didn't have issues. Easy communication and entry on property. Kitchen is well appointed with many more gadgets than we used. Coffee and hot chocolate which is a plus. Store about a mile away. Hot tub was so wonderful to come home to with hummingbirds enjoying the feeders. Beds are comfortable.

Great place to stay! Close proximity to shopping, churches, restaurants, and train to downtown. Super hot tub! All amenities needed were provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was our second time staying at thIs VRBO!!!

Very clean and very professional

Our family really really loved this place. It was so nice to have so many people that could stay with us. We could even park in the garage. It was the first time I've seen sunlight while in a vrbo. We've always stayed in the basement and have only had access to a microwave. So awesome to have a full kitchen and with access to a hot tub. I felt like I was living at the Ritz. I don't get the chance to really stay in places like this. The location was so amazing it was close to everything. We even had a washer and dryer.

Super clean home with a hot tub! Cyd was easy to reach and text and said we could check in early.He had coffee, creamer, bottled water and condiments. It was nice to be in a home where you did not have to bring all the little things.

We had a very comfortable stay! The place had lots of room and was stocked with everything we needed plus its a great location with quick access to the hwy and mountains for skiing. There was lots of room for our gear in the garage and we enjoyed using the hottub to ease our muscles after a day on the slopes.

Clean house with everything you need. The hot tub with outdoor TV is awesome. The host lives in the basement of the house. Fairly close to the airport but quite a ways from downtown.

We loved this home. We felt like we were at home here, very clean, stuffed with all the things you need in a home from the kitchen to the bathrooms and all, just like home! We loved the hot tub and even enjoyed an evening with family on the patio grilling steaks and lobster. It was only 5 minutes from my brothers home so it was very convenient for us too. We highly recommend this home and the owner and will book again if were are ever back here again.

The house itself was neat and was the perfect size for our family. We had a lot of fun watching a movie in the backyard and hoped in the hot tub too. Cyd offered us the house for early check in and late check out since it was available and he was very pleasant. Will definitely visit again!

Just exactly what we needed. A home away from home. Great centrally located home base for visiting with family across the valley. Can't think of a single thing we might have needed that wasn't provided. Will definitely stay again on our next visit.
