BRAND-NEW Family Beach House! 3 Minute Walk Away from the Beach!

Many vacation homes don’t offer the quality typically found at your primary home. This home is furnished and decorated like you are borrowing someone’s very nice home for a period. Everything is first rate and comfortable. The location is perfect for the beach but some very good restaurants and convenience’s a short walk away. I went to NYC for the US Open tennis and surprisingly the ferry to the City is just 10 minutes away in the Highlands.

Spent a week staying at this property in Sea Bright. Beautiful place in the center of the town, steps away from the beach and local restaurants. The townhouse was very clean, well supplied and comfortable with lots of space for our family to enjoy. Jose, the property owner, was helpful and checked in to ensure our stay was perfect. Excellent vacation.

We had an amazing stay for our week-long family vacation. The house was very clean, new, comfortable, and perfectly situated to the beach and activities. Jose was an exceptional host ensuring we had everything we needed, very responsive and engaging. We highly recommend it!

Our family had a great stay at the house. Perfect size for us, everything very clean and in great condition. We loved the location, so close to the beach as well as lots of restaurants and shops.

Myself and two friends had a great stay in Sea Bright. Jose was a lovely host and the home had everything we needed. The home was clean and new. Beds were very comfy and the kitchen was fully equipped. We cooked almost every night! The house is a quick walk from the beach, restaurants and bars. A gem of a house! We will for sure look to stay again!

Highly recommend, if I could give more stars, I would. We had a terrific time and Jose was incredibly responsive and attentive. His home is immaculately clean and well appointed. The location in the heart of Sea Bright was such a bonus. We literally didn't get in the car except to shop for food! The beach is across the street, so easy to enjoy sunrises on the beach, sunsets down the block over the Shrewsbury River, and even got to know a few of the business owners in our neighborhood ... so welcoming. For being in the heart of Sea Bright during an active summer week, we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the townhouse was especially at night! We stayed a week and it felt like much longer because of how relaxing it all was. Clear that Jose is committed to his renters having an amazing experience!
