Brand New Designer Townhome in the Middle of Town

Family friendly and very spacious, close to the shopping area. The only issue was the curtain lining in the master bedroom was mildew and the tissue holder was broken. Overall experience was great

the place was immaculate. it looks brand new throughout the place. great communication from the host as well.

First let me start with the beds were so comfortable, rarely does it happen that everyone is pleased with the beds! The place was beautiful, comfortable, clean and safe. We had quick access to everything Lafayette. The host was amazing, quick to respond through emails, excellent to deal with from booking to checkout. I absolutely recommend this rental property.

We stayed here for a family wedding, and this place ended up being one of the easiest, most stress-free parts of the whole trip. This is one of those properties that actually delivers on what the listing promises—which isn’t always the case. From the second we walked in, you could tell this wasn’t thrown together as a rental. It’s clean, well-designed, and clearly thought through. The three king bedrooms are a big deal—not just a bullet point. Everyone had real space, slept comfortably, and didn’t feel like they got stuck with the “backup” room—which matters when you’re traveling with family. The layout works. Open, bright, and easy to gather without feeling cramped. Perfect for getting ready, regrouping between events, or just relaxing at the end of the day. Kitchen is fully dialed in, Wi-Fi is strong, TVs everywhere—everything just works. The location was especially great. It was close to everything—restaurants, stores, the wedding venue, and even family homes—while still being quiet, clean, and easy to get in and out of. That made a huge difference during a busy weekend.Biggest thing for me: the host runs this like a professional. Communication was clear, timely, and zero friction. No guessing, no issues, no surprises.Bottom line—if you’re coming into town for something like a wedding, this is exactly the kind of place you want. Easy, comfortable, and reliable. Would absolutely stay here again.

We loved how close this beautiful townhouse was to everything we needed. The location was ideal. Everything was perfect. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Definitely plan to stay here again and again.

Wonderful stay and location! Short drive to shopping and Cajun dome! Highly recommend

I've stayed at several VRBO's, this was the best yet!! Beautiful place, close to University and shopping. Great park close by as well. We got far more than what we paid for, great get away!!

Beautiful home and such a great host! Would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful townhouse!!! Loved everything about it and would highly recommend!

House is in great location. Check in process was great. Cleaning was good.

It was awesome the house was just like it’s pictures very modern and spacious.

Home is new, fresh and inviting! Could use a few touches like upper bedroom mirrors, coffee maker/timer instructions, etc - but was overall really great!

It was our first time in Lafayette and it won't be our last! Phil was an excellent host. The people here are so kind and friendly, I felt right at home. The amenities of our townhome were excellent. I will definitely book again when we come back to Lafayette! Until next time!!

Very close to Cajun Dome. There are lots of venues around you, which are effortless to get to. The place was PERFECT! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here! Very clean, nicely appointed, and very friendly and communicative owners! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

This property was everything that was advertised! 3 couples stayed very comfortably. It sits in a great location to visit all the places we wanted to see in Louisiana.

The property was great close to the store. It was right next to the Cajun Dome, which is where we went to go see a concert even though we live in the area we wanted to be easier so we rented this place and a car service so after The concert we were minutes away from the house and had all our provisions food, dinners, and what not An ice box after the concert ready to go the place is very clean and very well. Kept the staff very well. I highly recommend this place.
