Brand New Designer Home on Banks Road, Steps from Beach, Walk to La Bougainvillea

Silver Palms is in a great location, walkable to La Bougainvilla and a quick drive to Tippy's. Easily our two favorite restaurants during our stay on Eleuthera! Poponi Beach on the Atlantic side is beautiful and an easy walk from the house. Unfortunately our only calm day was our arrival day so we only walked it, never swam it. The house is clean and modern and has everything you need. There is no safe for valuables but the owner assured us they've never had an issue and we never felt unsafe. The lawn is lovely, well-kept, with beautiful silver palm trees. The deck is nice but while security cameras make you feel safe, they don't allow for a feeling of privacy so we didn't spend much time out there. There's no hair dryer, so if that's important to you bring one along. Easy drive into Governor's Harbor and close to Eleuthera Market for groceries and Jimmy's for beverages. We found the central location great for exploring both the south and north parts of Eleuthera. Owner Louis and property manager Richard were very kind and communicative. Kristin from Eleuthera Vacation Rentals was a gem from booking last July all the way through our checkout with so many tips and recommendations. We can't wait to return to Eleuthera and will definitely book through Eleuthera Vacation Rentals again!

Lovely home within a short walking distance to wonderful beaches. Just off the highly sought after Banks Road, Silver Palms was comfortable, secure and extremely clean. Well-stocked with cookware and extra towels and linens. The A/C units are super efficient! This newly built house is comfortable and welcoming. Would book again.

very nice place i would stay again

We had a wonderful stay at Silver Palms in Central Eleuthera. The house is within easy walking distance to Poponi Beach (only saw four other people). It's close to La Bougainvillea Resort, and a short drive to Tippy's, Bacchus, and other local restaurants. Easy to visit the Leon Levy Preserve and gorgeous beaches in Central Eleuthera (Ten Bay and Receiver's Beach are favorites). The beds and furniture were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils we needed to cook meals at home. Communication with Louis and the staff was excellent from start to finish, and having a generator during power outages was a huge plus. We felt comfortable, well taken care of, and truly relaxed. Highly recommend this home and would absolutely stay again!

A part of me wants to leave a horrible review, but that is only because I don’t want this home to be booked out for the next several years. Absolutely outstanding! Louis and Luz are the epitome of perfect hosts. Wonderful location and A-Z personal service. They even hooked us up with a local artisan baker. Tremendous experience and we have visited the island a half dozen times in the last couple of years.

Great house as described. Excellent communication with the owner. He even offered suggestions of places to go, places to eat and some of their favorites. All around perfect place for our family of 4!!

Our experience exceeded our expectations. My wife said the trip was worth it just to stay in this home, she loved it so much. The place was sparkling clean and literally a 2 minute walk to the gorgeous beach. We had the beach almost all to ourselves. It was beautiful for long walks and playing in the waves. The town was just a few minutes away. We could drive to other side of the island and enjoy the Caribbean side as much as the Atlantic. Louis was incredibly helpful and responsive. Can't say enough good things about our stay.
