Stayed Feb 15, 2025The owner was great. The house was perfect for our family. It was very clean, well decorated and the neighborhood and location were perfect. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely rent the house again.

Stayed Jan 1, 2023This home is beautiful, and has a nice split layout. Great location...by golf cart, three pools within 2-5 minutes max, 3-5 minutes to Sawgrass. The Owner, Kent, is a really nice guy. Even welcomed us by email prior to arrival and emailed a thank you after we left. He was also highly responsive. Some tech issues popped up with xfinity and the firestick, and he was all over them and spent significant time to get them fixed quickly. We could not have asked for anything more... amazing.

Stayed Feb 1, 2022House was clean, supplies were adequate. Television was only set up for games, and three news all the time channels. The owner did take care of this. The dryer was on arrival, and took three weeks to repair. The owner did offer to set up for outside service to do the laundry, but we managed by hanging things in the lanai, and drying them at a relatives home. Only thing found that we missed was an ironing board. Good place though, with a good property owner.

Stayed Jan 1, 2022Property was new. Everything worked. Great access to biking/running 7 golf cart trails. Very quiet is a plus for us. Neighborhood very clean. Neighbors very friendly. Can't wait to come back.
