First floor master with king-size bed and private, en-suite bath walks out onto 560 square foot blue stone patio and huge lawn. Wide open living room with washer and dryer, powder room and double sliding doors offer a view to the pool and pool cabana. The generous kitchen with full-size appliances and all the appropriate cooking tools allows for meals on the patio. Indoor table for sixand outdoor table for six with ample seating for guests. There are two standing height lofts. One loft has two twin beds with storage underneath and the other has a double size bed. All this leads to a huge landscaped yard, patios, stone outdoor shower, pool with patio and pool cabana with sleeping loft. Cottage is 1000 square feet

Beautiful property and home! Amazing location close to surfside beach and others, great bike path, and quick access to town. Fit our family of 4 perfectly. Gorgeous pool! Owner had amazing communication and very helpful! Highly recommend!

The house was in very good condition. New and clean furniture. Walking distance to the beach. The pool is a good size. Bikes are provided, which is a nice feature.
