Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful property. The second day it began to smell like rotten eggs. I called and was told there’s a problem with the catch drain in the upstairs bathroom. Had to put up with this smell half our stay. Only instructions I was given was flush the toilet and close the door. If it’s a known problem I feel like it should have been fixed before we stayed at the property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an awesome family get-together weekend at this cabin. Clean floors, kitchen and sheets. Plenty of blankets for everyone. We loved the spacious deck and seating. Kitchen was well equipped and came with new appliances. There was a portable firepit in the backyard which we also enjoyed. Only thing we found lacking were a few foldable chairs to sit around the fire.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a large family gathering and used Simple Gifts was perfect for our grown children and their significant others to stay at. It was perfect! There's a lot of space, it was fully equipped in the kitchen. The back deck was the best for them to hang out on and enjoy family time. It is a great location from Davis, Thomas, Canaan State Park, and Blackwater Falls State Park. Restaurants and a small grocery store are 10 minutes away.
