Brand New 6 Bedrooms, 5.5 baths, with water views, sleeps 18

Lovely home and good location but needed a little TLC. We did see mice in the kitchen a few times, but it is on the marsh so not uncommon, I guess. Maybe not ready for the season but the firepits and grill and screened in porch somewhat in disarray. But great size for our group and good parking.

This was our second stay as we were here last spring. Property was as advertised and we had a very good stay.

Great house! Clean, comfortable, perfect for large family

Our family of 14 gathered for the Thanksgiving holiday. We had plenty of comfortable beds and bathrooms. The two living rooms were great for satisfying the different tv viewing interests. The kitchen was equipped with two ovens and plenty of cookware to meet our needs for the holiday and the daily meals for a large family. The view of the marsh was beautiful each day and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. Our host Drew was very receptive when we had an early issue with one of the TVs. It was quickly resolved with a new Roku and remote. We had a wonderful stay and I would recommend this house to a large family or group of friends.

We stayed at the wonderful property, and had great time with extended family, for a special birthday. Many comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Nice gathering areas with lots of seating.We stayed off season in November, so some seasonal cleaning and maintenance were needed, but it didn’t affect us too much. We were very pleased with the setting.

We enjoyed the open space on the first floor - Living room, dining room, and kitchen. It made it really easy for us to all relax & hang out together. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed walking on the beach which was a short walk away. Drew was kind enough to accommodate our request for both an early check-in and a late checkout.

The home was spacious and had everything we needed. Great location.

We were four couples that stayed here. The house is perfect for a group with its open concept. Having our own bathrooms was a big plus! We enjoyed the upper deck with amazing views of the marsh. We all love to walk and it being mid October there was little traffic when walking down to the point. Having miles of beach to walk was very nice too! We did not use the back porch or the gas grill or the firepit, but I am sure this would get plenty of use in warmer months.

The checkin process was easy and the property great and close to the beach, we loved it!

This was my family’s second time staying at this property. We had another amazing week! I love that there are so many places on the property to go, especially if you need some quiet time away from a large group (rooftop deck, screen porch, private bedrooms (most with their own bathrooms), large yard, short walk to beach, etc.). We will absolutely be staying again.

Great location 5 minute walk from the beach. The beach was incredible, one can walk miles. The views from the house of the marsh were spectacular.

A group of 12 friends had an amazing weekend together in the house. The beds were comfy and the common room was very spacious. Unfortunately it was rainy the whole weekend so we were not able to use the outdoor spaces, but they were beautiful as well. Kitchen was semi-stocked with oil/salt/pepper/tea left by previous guests. We ended up bringing our own coffee maker and coffee as we read that that wasn't provided.

Great house for a group to enjoy cooking and spending time together. Great location for beach walks and quick trip to Portland to enjoy shops and restaurants.

Checkin was simple. Location is wonderful. Pine Point is absolutely amazing and it was early season so it was wonderful for the dogs. The house set up well for family of four and two grandparents. We had a few extra rooms. Only issues were that their were a couple of repairs that needed.

Comfortably fit all of us and made our joint bachelor and bachelorette trip so memorable!

Second time staying here with family. A beautiful home with plenty of room for everyone. Definately be back again!

Enjoyed our stay at the condo near the beach. our water view was of the marsh, which was fine with us. Access to the ocean was just a short walk away. The condo had everything we needed. had a problem with the stove which our hosts took care of right away. there were four of us isnd the place accommodated us quite well and would be a great spot for a larger group that included children..

Shared a getaway with our family and the property suited us just fine. I had easy access to the beach, was an easy drive to local restaurants, and not far to Portland. The house was well equipped and made for a fun time with our family.

We had a multi-generational vacation in October. This house is set up for plenty of people. The house was roomy and the numerous bedrooms and bathrooms accommodated us all very well with privacy and gathering spaces for everyone as desired. The screened in porch and 3rd floor deck were also fabulous. It’s an easy walk to the beach and the Marsh view from the house is very nice.

House and host were great!

Had a wonderful time perfect location very clean all kinds of room, walking time to the beach 5-10 minutes wonderful sunrise and sunset. Would stay again in heart beat Thanks for a wonderful week Roger Loger

Very comfortable stay for a large group. Close to the beach and great eating spots.

Lots of room for big family meals, two sets of laundry machines, located close to beach and Eastern State Trail system, great communication with property manager and much more. This house was ideal for our large family gathering which included 10 adults and two children. Highly recommend.

Drew’s house is lovely. The main living area had plenty of seating for our crowd and the kitchen was big enough for more than one person could be cooking. We enjoyed the location - a short walk to the beach, pickle ball and bike trails nearby, and it’s close enough to Old Orchard Beach. Lovely view of the marsh😁

We have 3 generations of extended family that stayed for the week. There was plenty of room and the extra bathrooms were beneficial - no waiting for showers. Back screened in porch was a favorite hangout for the week with seats for everyone. Great location on the marsh but just steps to the beach.

Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 young kids…2 dogs) really enjoyed our stay in this spacious house. Easy check-in. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. The house is comfortably decorated and has plenty of roomy bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. The dining table was large enough for us all. Screened porch is a great feature and the upper porch has great views. The home is just a short walk to the beach, which is a great beach for kids and adults. Drew takes good care of this renters. Highly recommended.
