This brand new detached house is very modern and cozy. It got high ceiling, mini split air-conditioning, refrigerator with ice maker, stove with air fryer. The home is very quiet, and yet centrally located, it get you to all places without driving. It is 4 blocks from Lake Merritt, steps away from bus stops, 15 minutes walk to BART, and is located in the heart of new Chinatown with minutes walk to supermarkets, restaurants and barber shops.
The space
One bedroom has a queen bed, and onewith an Ikea daybed which can be used as a kid bed or easily pull out to become a full size bed.
Other things to note
Street parking only, watch the street cleaning sign, some streets have cleaning from 12:30 - 3:30pm on Friday, and some streets have cleaning from 12:30 - 3:30pm on Thursday
