The space
Welcome to our charming newly built property situated in the picturesque village of Bramhope.

This property comes with free driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles.

Enter the ground floor into the hallway which leads to our open and spacious living room with elegant dining area.

French doors open out from the living room on to our fully turfed, fully fenced garden ideal for families and small groups.

Ground floor also consists of fully equipped and stylish kitchen. We also have a lavatory by the front door on the ground floor.

On the first floor, you will be greeted by the cosy master bedroom which includes an ensuite bathroom with shower.

A second double bedroom is ideal for extra guests or for the children.

To complete this fantastic property, there is an office room perfect for working from home or working while away from home.

Other things to note
Please switch off the heating before leaving the house.
Please make sure all dishes and cutlery are clean and put away before you vacate the property.
For any extra cleaning required, you will be charged at a rate of £30 per hour plus cost of any damages.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

    This is a modern house on a new estate. There is a light, airy feel to the house and its surroundings. Modern decor and fittings make it a comfortable place to stay. There is a small nearby co-op supermarket and an excellent chippie (Popsies) in the old village of Bramhope. Golden Acre park is just down the road. It is very convenient for the city where we were visiting family. The only downside was the party, late on our last night, held by the neighbours, possibly in celebration of England’s progress in the Euros. Otherwise the area is quiet.
