• ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND allowed (There are multiple noise sensors within the property. If strong noise levels are detected for too long, or elevated noise levels detected past 10pm, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the reservation and keep the security deposit. Police will be called if needed)
• Pets allowed for an additional fee
• No Shoes inside the property
• No Tampering with outdoor cameras or indoor noise sensors
• No Smoking of ANY KIND. We charge a $2000 fee if the house smells like cigarette smoke or if there is any other sign of smoking/vaping, as well as any additional cost for odor removal services and contaminated furniture
• No loud noise or music past 10 pm
• Check-in is anytime after 5pm
• Check-out is anytime before 10am
• No Extra Overnight Guests (We have security cameras on the exterior of the property. If there are more guests than stated in your reservation that stay overnight, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
• No Mail or Packages Delivered here
• No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified)
• No Pre-Check in Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)
• No Disrespecting/Disturbing neighbors
• No parking in front of neighbors properties

Parking is available in the driveway directly in front of the property. Additional vehicles must park down the street.
