The main floor living spaces include floor-to-ceiling windows looking out at 180-degree views of Lake Sara. The sliding patio doors allow guests to blur the line between indoor and outdoor spaces.

This floor includes the common areas: the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Two wings span from the common areas to create separate bedroom suites with full bathrooms. The North Wing of the house includes a luxurious King-sized bed, and the South Wing consists of a comfortable Queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms face the lake and have separate entrances from the veranda.

Downstairs, you will find the home theater, another living area, a retro-wet bar, a Finnish sauna, a full bath, and a third bedroom suite that accommodates a Queen-sized bed.

Contemporary art is displayed throughout the home, indoors and out. Please enjoy the space and its amenities; the property owner is available when assistance is needed using the grill, fireplace, sauna, etc.

Please be aware that lake homes require additional maintenance due to trees, humidity, and other natural elements. To ensure guests enjoy a top-tier space during their stay, occasional maintenance, landscaping, and upkeep may occur. Guests will be informed of any anticipated disruptions. Also, a cat resides in the home when guests are not present, though the space is thoroughly cleaned between stays.

Great home with wonderful views. Owner was very friendly and gave us insights into the area and clear communication about the house. My family had a wonderful time and appreciated the kitchen that was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Erich's place. Being right on the water was such a treat, and we took full advantage of the deck, lawn chairs, and lily pad in the lake. The house had everything we needed and then some- including a sauna! Erich was so easygoing and great to communicate with. We'd definitely make this a repeat trip!
