Boulder Luxury Getaway | 7 acres /w River & Pond

We needed a place that would be appropriate for our large family, coming from 3 states, with grandkids ranging from 1 1/2 to 18 years old. This house was perfect. The upper deck is large and safe. We played many board games out there. There is a wonderful creek or stream that the middle aged kids loved. We all went on the acres of trails with mines to peek in. Our CrossFit trainers separated and connected with the public trails they followed from maps on their phones. The road up and down from Boulder is beautiful. We saw a moose on our way down! We went down one day, almost to Boulder, and pulled over to play in the river. We hiked in the river which was another very fun thing to do. We also saw a mule deer while hiking and a bear on the trail while on the deck! The house has everything you could possibly need. Plenty of bedding, including lots of pillows with varying degrees of filling. The soaps are natural plus included extra toothpaste and toothbrushes just in case you've forgotten something. The kitchen is stocked with everything including a wide range of spices, oils, utensils, etc.. The dining room table fits at least 14. It's huge. The garage is an amazing indoor playground for adults and kids! A moving climbing wall, ping pong, basketball with electronic scoring, large Jenga, video games. Wifi made it possible to contact the host with any questions and they never acted put out to communicate. I could probably go on and on. You'll have to see first hand!

Quick with answers to any question.The house had everything you could want or need.The kitchen had every appliance and very well stocked.Fun to cook and enjoy a meal at the big dining table. Overall, our stay at this VRBO was absolutely incredible. The owners could not have been more accommodating and they really planned for everything. Bathrooms were stocked with anything you could need while traveling, and the hosts were very responsive. Not only did they accommodate our needs for an early check in but they also were extremely timely with anything that we needed.

The house is spacious and a great spot surrounded by nature for family. We had 8 in our group staying during my son’s graduation from CU. My 80 year old mom, my brother in-law and his family with two young kids, my 19 year old son along with my husband and I enjoyed our stay.Phill and Paige were very thoughtful and responsive. They gave us several excellent restaurant recommendations but we loved cooking at the house. The kitchen is well stocked, open and lovely. There are many thoughtful details in the home. The kids (and my bro in law) loved the games & rock wall. I loved the peaceful setting.

Perfect for a large family. The location is 30 minutes from downtown Boulder. Secluded which is perfect for our family to enjoy nature and have space. Ping pong, climbing wall and video games kept our family engaged. We highly recommend this lovely home. The host were always available and quick to respond.

Very nice home secluded up a dirt rod about 45 minutes from Boulder. Plenty to do with the garage amenities and the kitchen area was huge and a great hangout spot.

We just spent a night in this beautiful house for a baby shower getaway. The booking and check-in process was so easy and the property is EVEN BETTER than it appears online. The hosts responded to my many inquiries about beds, catering recommendation, etc with speed and great information. Their level of attention to the guest experience is what makes them really stand out from other rentals. The home is immaculate and truly outfitted with luxury amenities. Bedding, kitchen, bath, everything was beautiful, comfortable, modern and upscale. The decor is both cool and fun, with each bedroom labeled and themed in a cute and classy way. Just 30 minutes outside of downtown Boulder, you feel you are truly in 'retreat mode'. We enjoyed the roomy deck for cocktails and a gorgeous forest view. The kitchen has every appliance and tool, and the huge dining area allowed us to spread out for a lovely dinner. We even had a few rounds of ping pong and attempted the climbing wall in the game room. All slept well in the quiet home on a quiet property. As other reviews have said, we already want to go back!

An incredible property. Super clean, beautiful house, everything we needed.

Beautiful, spacious home that was absolutely perfect for our group to stay and get ready before the wedding. The Bride, Bridesmaids & Moms all slept well in the comfortable beds, enjoyed morning coffee outside on the deck, and shared together in hair and make-up preparation at the gorgeous, long, wooden table. The owners of this home have done a fabulous job of making sure its guests feel welcome and comfortable. There was a nice card and tray of welcome treats waiting for us when we arrived. The owner also contacted us to see if we had any questions or needed anything - so kind! Best VRBO experience we have ever had!

Words and photos don’t do this property justice! It is like a wonderland with so much space to enjoy nature and rest! It was perfect for our girls trip & I’m hoping to visit again next year for a family vacation. The hosts were so kind and quick to answer. We also appreciated their attention to detail with things like telling us to screenshot directions before we got to the no service zone. All around amazing time and so sad to be leaving!

Phillip was great to work with. He really went above and beyond in ensuring we had an awesome stay. His preparation and communication before we got there was top notch, and his follow-through was outstanding in ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed while there. The house was amazing. It had plenty of space for our family and was well-equipped with everything we could’ve ever needed. We really enjoyed spending time together playing games and eating in the the large, shared spaces on the bottom floor, garage, and main floor. We also enjoyed the multiple bedrooms that were so comfortable and had everything we needed. The property is amazing, with serene mountains and a beautiful stream. This is a wonderful property in Fourmile Canyon. It is clean and spacious, peaceful and relaxing.

The property is the idealic Colorado wilderness home, with all the ammenities, cleanliness, spaciousness, and attentiveness of a 5-star resort. The hosts went above and beyond in providing a once in a lifetime experience and were incredibly gracious. I can honestly say that this was the best experience and property I have had the pleasure of renting on VRBO. Thank you both for everything!
