Lockeland Springs is one of Nashville’s most charming historic neighborhoods, located just minutes from downtown in the heart of East Nashville. Known for its tree-lined streets, local character, and creative energy, the neighborhood is filled with beloved coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and music venues. Guests can easily walk to local favorites like Barista Parlor while enjoying the unique blend of historic charm and vibrant city life that makes East Nashville so special.

The home is conveniently located just minutes from Downtown Nashville and many of the city’s most popular attractions. Guests can bike or take a quick rideshare to destinations such as Nissan Stadium, Broadway’s famous honky-tonks, Ryman Auditorium, Cumberland Park, and Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park.

Sidewalks make it possible to walk into parts of Downtown and East Nashville, and multiple WeGo public bus stops are located within a short walk of the home, making it easy to explore the city without a car. The property’s central location also keeps driving times short to many popular Nashville neighborhoods, including Germantown, The Gulch, 12 South, Music Row, and East Nashville favorites.

* The home is located behind the main house but has its own private entrance and yard. It is an entirely separate home.
