Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a queen bed, private balcony, and ensuite bath, along with a second queen bedroom and a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks. Downstairs, you’ll find another queen bedroom for added convenience. With a second full bathroom and an extra powder room, there's no need to queue up for the shower. A queen-size sleep sofa is also available in the living room.

Home Truths:
- This home utilizes a pool warmer which can be activated when the water temperature falls below 83 degrees, usually from October 1 to April 30, depending on weather conditions and temperatures.
- Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific temperature for the pool as the comfort of the pool water is influenced by the outside air temperature.
- There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
- This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
- Guests can rent golf carts for use on the pedestrian boardwalk.

Parking Details:
- The driveway can accommodate 5 cars.
- No garage access.
- Boat parking is allowed.
- If guests decide to bring a boat, then the driveway will only be able to accommodate 4 cars.
- Any vehicle parked on the beach will need to have a beach parking permit. You can purchase them at convenience stores on the island or at rental places on the beach if they are open.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

    House and location were perfect for or family. Only issue was front door wouldn’t lock or close all the way unless you manually locked. We reported the issue.

    We took a family trip with the adult kids and our little one, and this place was perfect for us. Easy to get to, not too far from anything. House was very comfortable, all listed conveniences as advertised. The beach was unusually clean for the Gulf of Mexico, and water quality was good. As far as the golf carts go, get one, it’s essential for getting to the beach conveniently. I’d also suggest using a beach concierge service to set up a spot with shade, chairs, etc for you.

    Cleanest most well equipped rental I’ve ever stayed in. Decor and everything this home provided us was top notch. Nice quiet neighborhood walking distance to beach. Can’t wait to go back!!

    Booking the house was easy, however they said it wouldn’t be billed when booking but they charged my account when booking. Home was very clean, beds were very comfortable. Perfect for families and your furry friends with the fenced yard. Will come back again.

    This was my absolute favorite beach stay. So clean, and welcoming. Comfy beds. When we had an issue, the management company was very fast in response. The pool was amazing, the short walk to the beach was about 5 minutes

    Overall, a nice house. The code to get in did not work on the door but worked to access a key to unlock the door. Our first impression when we walked in was a strong musty odor. The longer we were there, it didn’t seem as bad, as we got used to it. The rooms appeared much larger in the pictures and the floors and stairs were very squeaky. Maybe square footage or dimensions would help. Both the washer and dryer did not work well. The proximity to the beach was awesome! On check-out day we lost power around 3 am. We left the house around 9:40 and power was restored about 10 min prior. Certainly no fault of mgmt company.
