Wonderful home! It had everything we needed. Linens, towels, hangers, easy access to plug in your phone, well equipped kitchen and great location!

The house was a good fit for myself and my family. It was close to food and entertainment. Wi-Fi was provided as were other amenities. We had a great time.

This was a wonderful home which was spotless and well-maintained making our girls trip comfortable and at ease. This location is also close to the beach with restraunts and shops near by. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it to others.

We stayed here while visiting Newport, Narragansett and Block Island. The location was perfect. The house was clean and the neighborhood was very quiet.

We loved the quiet neighborhood and the clean home. It made a great place to stay as our family gathered for a wedding.

My family of 5 enjoyed our weekend at the beach. The home was adorable, clean and functional. The bedroom air conditioners were greatly appreciated as was the abundance of clean towels. My one complaint is that the river was not actually abutting the property as I thought it would be looking at the photos. It is close by (though not close enough for the kids to go by themselves) but not the “walk out the door and put your feet in the water” I was expecting. We wound up spending all our outdoor time at the town beach which, of course, is a wonderful spot.

Our family had a great time staying here! Just off the main highway - far enough to be quiet but close enough to be convenient. There was tons of traffic as it was 4th of July weekend, but if it weren’t for that everything you’d need (grocery, gas, CVS, restaurants, coffee) is within a few minute drive. The hosts were communicative and accommodating, and worked with us when we had an early AM flight in. They even left coffee for us, laundry detergent pods, etc! My only suggestion would be to have had additional toiletries equal to the guests staying - we had one set of travel sized soap and shampoo for 4 adults.

Great place! Easy to get to everything in Narragansett and surrounding areas. Would absolutely stay again
