Book your getaway now! Relax on the screened porch looking out over the Bay!

Cleanliness was excellent and we enjoyed the layout of the home. We used the upper porch multiple times daily. We enjoyed the sunsets from the porch and captain’s perch. Beds were comfortable, too. Kitchen small but adequate. The ice machine was disconnected. The valance in one bedroom was broken and fell when we tried to pull the curtains. Only other problem we had became apparent when it rained very hard one evening. Rain water ran in and pooled along the frame of one of the sliding glass doors. We reported it to the VRBO contact and she said they had never had that problem before. She seemed was very responsive and eager to see that it get fixed.

we could see the bay at a distance but we couldn't see St George Beach in the oppisite direction because the house faced the Bay not the beach. the beach was only6 minutes from the VERBO. Also the lighthouse was close and there were plenty of shops and eating placed. The VERBO was spacious, clean and had nice balconies facing rhe bay. it was decorated beachy and rooms were big.

It's a simple and beautiful home. It's older and smaller than the homes you'll see on the ocean side of the island, and it feels very cozy. The perfect size for me and my husband and our two corgis. You walk up the stairs and feel comfortable and right at home. There are so many windows that let in lots of natural light, and yet the landscaping and natural vegetation surrounding the home make it feel very private. The street is quiet without a lot of traffic. It's a very short walk to the bay and an even shorter walk to the public beach access. We like to visit SGI during the off season, and we met a few neighbors in the evenings walking our dogs - they were very kind and nice as well. The view of the bay is second to none. We spend hours on the screened in porch watching the eagles and the herons fly back and forth. I always look to book here first whenever I am planning our late-February trip to SGI. Jennifer is a great host and very responsive.

Jennifer went above and beyond as host. Quiet back deck with great bay views. Short walk to beach. Relaxing for self, spouse and collie dog.

Needs some work in the yard as well as the home. The pictures of the property are not current photos and this property needs lots TLC. First and last time trying VRBO.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The host, Jennifer, was responsive from the very get go when we checked in. My son and I loved the location because we had easy access to the bayside as well. At night during low tide we could walk out into the bay and catch blue crabs. It’s also great because you are close to the state park as well. The house was clean and had everything we needed including beach accessories. I definitely recommend staying at this property!

The house is light-filled, spacious, and has lovely views. Easy access to both the beach and the bay. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

THERE IS BLACK MOLD IN ALL THE AIR VENTS AND IN THE BATHROOM. We reached out to the host, and never got a response. Very disappointed. The outside was a little messy and ungroomed. The house itself is cute, but the house has been let go and needs a lot of TLC. We will not be staying there again.

Furniture could be updated and more comfortable. It would be nice to inform renters about the amount of steps not easy on seniors! Other than that beautiful view of the bay and well stocked kitchen.

This might be our favorite house that we have rented on St. George. Perfect location with great bay views. We will be back.

This house is perfect little getaway place for a small family. The decor was adorable and well placed! All appliances worked. The parking places were tight under the house, so we had to park our truck and boat on the road side (there was plenty of room there!). The backyard are could use a little bit of tree trimming, but overall this place was perfect!

The home and property were beautiful and perfect. We knew it backed up to the state land on the bay and so that was one of the reasons we booked it initially but the views once we got there were better than we imagined! We could see a bald eagle nest from the screened in porch. Incredible. The home was spotless and very well maintained. We were very comfortable there and so were our dogs. The walk to the beach takes minutes and we made that walk often while we are there. The street is quiet and the neighbors were all so polite. We love spending time on SGI in the “off season”. I’m so glad we chose to stay here for our trip this year!
