Family loved the house. It's a long walk to the beach, but there is a paved walking path close by the goes into Wakefield and up into Kingston. Family really liked getting up every morning and going for a walk. I would definitely rent this house again.

Good location and well kept. Good for my family of four (kids 10 and 9).

This was our first trip to Rhode Island. We were visiting for a family wedding. The location was convenient for the wedding venue and enabled touring of the famous Newport Mansions. Such a wonderful place to rest from the days events

This property is exactly as described. We found the home to be spacious and comfortable. It was well stocked with beach supplies and games. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in some nights.It is conveniently located to local attractions and the beach. We drove to the beach and chose not to walk, especially with surfboards. Would love to return!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable. Layout was good with bedrooms on different levels. Enjoyed outdoor deck. Kitchen was adequate.

We loved the house, the neighborhood, the location. I would only recommend that you have your cleaning staff clean the grout in both bathrooms. There was mold growing in some areas, in both bathrooms. And the glass shower door in the upstairs bathroom needed to be cleaner. I would have preferred to mention this in person when I dropped off the beach passes, but at 9:35AM, the office wasn't open.

This house was just perfect for our family of grandparents, children, and grandkids ages 1 to 8. It was immaculate, so well stocked with kitchen supplies, a closet full of board games, very comfortable beds, great air conditioning, and the ouside enclosed shower with hot and cold water was used daily and kept so much sand out of the house. Furniture is very comfortable. I cannot think of a thing they could improve on!

Our party of 6 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed our stay in this home. We had plenty of room and were very comfortable. With a few improvements we’d definitely give this property a 5 star review. Pros - [ ] A/C units worked great during our hot and humid stay. - [ ] The house had fresh paint, what appears to be new furniture, lighting, floors, window treatments and bathroom fixtures. - [ ] The beds were very comfortable. - [ ] Tastefully decorated. - [ ] Shower pressure and sizes were fantastic. - [ ] The inclosed out door shower was extremely useful. - [ ] Bedrooms have ample closet and drawer space. - [ ] Great location. - [ ] Private back deck. - [ ] We enjoyed playing games from the game closet. - [ ] Beach passes, beach chairs and yard games were a great addition. Improvements that could make it a 5 star house. - [ ] Adding a place for shoes, or hooks for coats or bags in entry way - [ ] Adding TV’s only 1 bedroom w tv is in the smallest basement bedroom - [ ] Adding bedside lamps and a clock in the King size bedroom. - [ ] Adding outlets near bed side tables or extension cords to bedrooms w/o them. - [ ] Additional lighting in the living room. - [ ] Supply a dust pan and broom - [ ] Take an accurate picture of the back/side yard. The picture used on this website has the appearance of a decent size yard.
