This house works perfectly for us - walkable to North Shore, plenty of room, comfortable beds. April was very easy to work with!

We had a great stay! The house was clean and cozy. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. We liked being about to walk to restaurants, Publix and the park!

The Happy Home was an outstanding choice for my family of 4 during our Christmas vacation!! The minute we stepped in the front door we knew we had chosen well. The furnishings are very nice with beautiful hardwood floors. And the beds are oh so comfortable!!!! In fact, my daughter who has back problems, wanted me to ask April about the type of mattress. Probably the best stocked vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. The Happy Home is located on a flat lot in Chatta which is very hard to find and close to everything. And only 2 steps into the house. This was important to me as I have a challenged ankle. It’s in a safe neighborhood and very quiet. April was so very nice prior to arrival and answered all my questions. We look forward to staying here again and hope to enjoy the big backyard and fire pit when it’s warmer!!

Not only is house well stocked with equipment, April was willing to do whatever was needed to make our stay more comfortable. Recently enjoyed several nights at this upscale property. The home was immaculate! Comfortable beds and linens. Towels were plush and plentiful. Enjoyed the leather furniture vs. upholstered furniture.The kitchen was fully equipped if one chooses to cook. Enjoyed the back deck; it is peaceful and a great place to enjoy the birds.Enjoyed time on the front porch as well.The attention to detail is evident. Much pride was taken in furnishing this home for others to enjoy.The host provided excellent communication and necessary details for seamless check in & check out. April is a great host.Would not hesitate to recommended this property.Loved this property!

I don’t know where to start. Tbh this was my first time getting a home from Vrbo and I was a little nervous it wouldn’t be as beautiful as the pics. I was completely blown away. This house is so freaking cute and had literally everything we would ever need on a vacation. It was my daughter’s birthday and we made her breakfast in bed and I thought man I wish I had candles. Look in a drawer and “boom” candles and matches. April was a wonderful host and I would stay here over and over again! Thank you for everything April - it was perfect!
