The house was very spacious, perfect for my family of 8 along with our dogs. The view is great and the location was perfect. 2 of the bedrooms were on the smaller side but having 4 bathrooms was a plus. After spending all day at the beach, it was a fantastic place to come back to.

House was not ready until late. Needed some dish towels to help keep it clean. Other than these issues we loved the house and the location.

The floors were nasty. I don't believe they were ever cleaned from the last people. My feet were black. The dishes were put up wet and there were some plates that were stuck together with food in between. The last night I was woke up with water drops on my head due to the condensation on the vent over the bed. We woke up hot and the a/c wasn't working on the second floor.

This house was in the perfect spot, just steps away from the beach, a deck on each level to sit on and have a glass of wine while you enjoy the amazing view! The elevator was a life saver! Great house, great location!

My spouse and I stayed with our two dogs. We had two wonderful weeks. The beach was easy access. Long boardwalk to get there but relatively level and nicely maintained. We are seniors and it was appreciated. The beach was easy to walk on. Wide, fairly flat, and not much soft sand. It was dog friendly. Other pet owners were very conscientious about cleaning dog waste but so many dogs were off leash at “prime times”. The house was clean and well appointed. I appreciated the start up boxes for the kitchen and baths. The kitchen was easy to use and we ate in so cooked a lot. The balconies were really nice and spacious. We used the main floor one the most. The unit has an elevator. It went out (from what I understand, in January 2024 and the part had an 8 week ship time. There are a lot of stairs and it limited me leaving the house because I deal with respiratory issues. The neighborhood was rated a three of five. I walked the streets each morning with my dogs. Most of the streets had some trash. Louisiana Lane had a LOT of trash. There was a construction site and I know they generate trash. The unsold lots on that street were also pretty full of it. The streets, though (except Louisiana Lane) are pretty level and easy to walk. Louisiana Lane may have been damaged a few years ago since it is closest to the beach. The neighborhood had very little traffic. Getting to this home from Port St. Joe was easy and quick. We needed some good down time. It delivered.
