If you want to get away from it all and enjoy the beach life serenity, then our holiday home is perfect. Its location is perfect, positioned at the end of the runway, between the beach and the estuary, Bonnie-Doone is but 5 properties away from the shopping centre, information centre, bar, cafe, takeaways and bakery. Pop out for a morning coffee and newspaper and be back within a minutes walk to the 'serenity' of our warm and comfortable home.

The house has a main bathroom and masterbedroom ensuite, 2 double bedrooms, and single bunk beds. Ideally the house is set up for guests of 6. There is a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, freeview TV (with a sky card slot), a new Weber BBQ, air-conditioning and wifi.

Make use of the games or relax and read a book and have quality family time.

Come back from the beach and enjoy the private outdoor shower and relax on the large deck under the Shade 7 umbrella.

Note - this property only has a garden shed - no garage for storage of large toys.....

Special conditions:
Property is fenced on sides and back, but exposed to street at front. No smoking on property please.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely house. The location was perfect, just a short walk to shops. Kitchen was exceptionally well equipped and the living area was so comfortable to relax in. We highly recommend this house.

A lovely, comfortable, roomy home. Love the lockwood style and tge layout. Fantastic location with short walk to cafe, bars and shops. Very clean and tge hosts were unbelievably helpfull.

A really great Lockwood bach right in the centre of Pauanui. Good facilities the kitchen is very well stocked with everything to allow catering and there’s plenty of space with loads of decking and an extendable dining table. A short walk to the shops and the beach. Off road parking.

Great weekend away with the family at the last minute. The hosts were amazing with fast communication and checking in with us to ensure we were all set. Arriving late Friday and the house presented beautifully and very clean, with comfortable beds for us and the kids, all amenities mentioned in the advert working as expected and a fantastic location to the central shopping centre. We would highly recommend this home and hosts and look forward to staying again soon.
